oh boy 2 am This is one of those "chips I never really understood". Battle Network always has a kind of conveyance issue with chips thanks to the really limited text window for describing the effect. That's not even getting into command code nonsense.
I did not know about that reflecting effect 😮 I feel like I'm a kid playing Pokemon and only using attacking moves at this stage in understanding Battle Network 🤣
Yaa I had no idea how this dealt dmg either... All I knew is that it would *sometimes* do dmg to viruses adjacent to the target that got hit so I said, "Okay, I gues that's free dmg." Glad I watched this vid. Now I understand it better 😆👍🏾
I just got this chip and decided to use it in my ocean panel build. I didn’t know it would be deal damage back to the original target… ….I’m going to have a lot of fun with this 😈
Do you think you could explore more of these One or two game exclusive chips. I’m sure there are tons of people that have Either overlooked them as children or straight up forgot they existed.

This is "Chain Lightning" in a chip. I really wish that was conveyed better.
Hoh! I didn't know the shock would bounce back to the enemy if standing near enough objects! That's awesome!
MegaMan.EXE: “Woah! How long has it been huh?! I was about to go see what Lan was up to.” 😠 😡
god BN5 has like, *the strongest* chip pool
We're so back.
I definitely didn't know that it jumps back to the oppoenent xD Woonnnnnderful

1:12 with an aqua panel it would be even more deliciously strong.
It took me so long to learn how to use this chip properly. I think I would've just preferred a vertical column attack, like the virus uses.
Whoa! An interaction with obstacles! More obstacles interaction please~
when i played this game,i seldom using obstacles. . .
guess i'll try using it now
This is awesome! currently Net battling with my friend in BN5 and was wondering what would be the best Navi Cust layout in BN5? .
I actually forgot what this did. And btw your voice changed? Or just your mic?

Using these chips along with sea seed is one of my go too combos. Does quite a hefty amount of damage.
