Today we will be visiting the outside of Angkor Wat to have a look at what a traditional Cambodian Restaurant looks like. Here in Cambodia people like to eat on hammocks so that they can take a nap after a great meal! Cambodian food is honestly very simple, but so rich in flavor! Later on this week we will be going on a street food heaven tour in Siem Reap, Cambodia and it will be nice to show you how different the restaurants are versus the food on the street!

I left the country back in 1979 after they brutally killing over 2 million innocence people. Most of my family members of 12 died from starvation and overworked. I was in my last year in high school when Pol Pot forces took over the country and turned it to hell on earth. As locals said "They went to hell and came back with smile:. please don't bother the cook/chef when they're cooking, they have a rhythm and you're breaking it up when you ask them questions, they drop ingredients in the same wok at very specific times in the process which could mean the difference between under cooking, overcooking, and even burning. Just sayin :D
Lol. That is true. My mother always said cooks shouldn’t talk while they’re cooking because their spit could get into the food.
