    Thanks for these awesome tutorials. But i have a question, is there a away to only define number of extra days an employee has worked and erpnext computes additional salary based on basic pay. For example if it is overtime payment and the user only wants to define the days worked overtime and the system computes automatically the additional payment using employee's daily rate (base_pay/30)? Please help with this.

      @@erpnextconsultingbyn0c0de Thank you, the video could be an alternative but it requires that i have captured attendance well. Can i customize how the Amount in Additional Salary is computed to make it auto based on working days?

    How do you add Sales Commisions if you have a sales team with different levels. And the commision is based on the income of sales not the invoices?
    For example I have a Sales Director- Who is in charge of X amount of sales Managers - Who are also in charge of X amount of Sales Associates-
    This sales associates have sales customers and the question is.
    The Associates earn a % comision of their realized income from customers NOT INVOICES but income.
    And the sales Manager earns commision from the Associates agregate income.
    And the Director from the agregate from the Managers...
    Can this be configured in this way?

    Can we assign different incentives for different employees based on item sales or item group sales? For example, I want to give x salesman 2% and y salesman 3% for the same product? Can I assign incentive for each and every item or item group or brand according to my requirements?

    Thanks a lot for the video. Is there a way to assign annual bonus for all employees in erpnext? The bonus should be paid in dec, but pro-rata for the number of months worked. If an employee started working in June for instance, he will get only (7/12*base salary)

    • @erpnextconsultingbyn0c0de

      Yes. By creating a salary component specifically for annual bonus and by adding "conditions and formula" depending upon your requirement.Later you can add that component in additional salary document along with required date.

    On which parameter, we can provide the incentive to the employee? And how to set the same?

    • @erpnextconsultingbyn0c0de
      @erpnextconsultingbyn0c0de  3 года назад

      Right now in ERPNext , there is no standard feature to provide incentive based on certain parameter. However,if you want to set parameters for incentive , you need to make certain customisation.

      @@erpnextconsultingbyn0c0de which type of customisation. Could you please explain because I want to provide incentive to sales persons. And I don't know how to do that

    • @erpnextconsultingbyn0c0de
      @erpnextconsultingbyn0c0de  3 года назад

      have you added sales person as an employee ?,if so you should be able to create employee incentive. Also, by customization,we meant adding features depending upon your requirement,since it is not a standard feature!
