I am grateful to all of your information because it made that doctor visit way less traumatizing because I could help answer all of the questions from the doctor with some confidence. Oh Cat, I'm so sorry. My dad was diagnosed at 78. This kind of late T2 is usually easier to address with meds if someone is older and able to control their diet. Oral meds will make a huge difference too. It took about a year and a half but my dad has his well under control. Best of luck!
I’m sorry to hear about your dad. My mom was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a few years ago, she was in her 60s. She’s very good with taking her meds and watching what she eats. She’s been doing really well. It’s very easy to manage if you eat properly and takes meds you know, the absolute opposite of what Chantal does
As a BE, no, it’s not okay for me to have a little treat every once in a while. My husband is not a BE. He can have treats every once in a while. He will stop. I will eat the whole thing plus. Then the next meal, I’ll have another treat. Then the next day, “it’s the holidays. I can change after.” I have to have separate diet from him. I have to have routine diets and I have to avoid specific things all together. For example, I can say, “Oh, it’s ok. I’ll just get fast food. I’ll get a grilled chicken salad.” Then I’m hungry and I get in line. I’m looking at the menu. “Oh hey, look. Chicken Avocado BLT. I can have that for lunch, no fries and soda. Just water and have a salad for dinner.” Then I get to ordering… “Do you want the sandwich or the meal?” 😩 “Meal. With diet soda.” And it keeps going for every meal. And next thing you know, that anti-inflammatory diet I’ve spent 6 months committed to is out the window, I’ve gained 90 pounds back, and I feel like garbage every day.

3:00 I’m due my yearly diabetic eye check in a few days (which I think means Chantal is too) and they make sure you’re not going to drive for 6 hours afterwards as it’s dangerous. The fact that she a) doesn’t care about that and b) is always low key blurry and dizzy should be a way bigger cause for concern! But then that’s probably way down the list of things to worry about 😬
This was a balanced, informative and very eye opening video. I am amazed how her beezers continue to support and encourage her to carry on in the same way. They are a more negative and destructive force than the haters.
There is so much good information and (beyond) common sense in these videos. I appreciate the value and never knew about macros before watching this channel. In my previous career, macros were computer keyboard shortcuts recorded to automate repeated actions. Macros in food is every bit as interesting. This is definitely an education and entertainment (very enjoyable) channel.
Sweet Sansa…my favorite part of this video was reading all the wonderful things people had to say about you!! You are the antithesis of FB….you are the soothing voice of reason to her delusional nonsense!
It’s so insane how she realises that having snacks she likes around is way to tempting for her and more often than not she’ll overindulge and eat them all in a short period of time. Yet she doesn’t bear the consequences and won’t get snacks anymore and if Salah wants to have snacks he should take them with him into his place / room so she doesn’t have easy access to them anymore, i know that sounds wild but she can’t control herself at all, easy as that. It’s wild how Chantal and Amber realise what the issue is and what needs to be done but still do crazy mental gymnastics to justify having unhealthy snacks around because of "moderation" so they still have access to binge food just in case. That’s self manipulation right there.
Personally, I think that the "hand" measuring system is flawed. Have you seen the size of her hands? Anyhoo, this was, as usual, a great summary. Thanks for all of your hard work you are greatly appreciated. 🥰 Cheers, Miss S. 💖
That bedbound comment... Yeah, gorl, it's not about still being able to stream, it's about who is going to wash your ass. Even if he truly were all in (he's not) Salah couldn't do it without a care team. No single person could lift you. That is going to cost $$$$$$, and Salah's card got declined for a coffee.

20:29 Sigh...chips are my downfall, too. I hadn't had any in a couple months so earlier this month I ordered a bag with my groceries. When doing substitutions (the one I wanted was out of stock) I accidentally ended up two bags. I immediately took the extra one over to my friends apartment lol TAKE THEM AWAY FROM ME! 😂😊
I love this, Sansa! Thing is, I don't think Chantal even believes what she says, nor does she care all that much if WE believe her. Her priority this year has been to convince Salah. She says whatever she thinks he wants to hear to get him off her back, or to manipulate him into agreeing to do something she wants him to do. Her entire life is a performance for some gain.
How long has she been doing these Cycles it's like she does three or four year maybe more I don't know I can't keep up with her but thank you for putting all this time into this❤❤ blessings to you and yours
She really needs to weigh her food. I've said it before, but we can often easily underestimate by using measuring cups or measuring by "palms" of food, especially at her level of delusion. She just doesn't think there will be repercussions!

The way she reads out "I've already lost body parts to the beetus" gets me every time! 😂
She's so unaware of what she reads out!😂
Omg a 30 minute video?? Sansa you spoil us 🥺
If you ever feel like posting more long videos I'm in full support of that, your analysis are always great and your voice is soo soothing
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind words.
Agreed! I'd love more long form videos from our Sansa!
It's amazing how fast she went downhill health wise this year.
Yes, at the beginning of this video she looked a LOT healthier than she does now.
It really is!
It's all fun and games until you cross 40! These girls have no idea...
@@Petiteétoile6901 True that!
That is at least 4-5 cups of cooked spaghetti. Excellent commentary.
Thank you!🍝
She truly has cockroach like resilience. This is at least a testament to the human body’s capacity to take a beating.
These people usually go out with a bang. She won’t get the close call or a second chance to live.
Wow it has been an insane year in Chantopolis
Buckle up!
It really!
Thanks for crediting the Farms. No matter what one thinks of them, proper crediting IS important. 😊 Wishing you happy holidays! Ps. I just looove that "everytime there's a new low" quote, as if it's normal to reach them!!
Thank you so much--happy holidays to you as well!
I got near the end of this and discovered it's a series?! Yay 😊
Hope you enjoy it!
On another note, your voice is so nice & soothing 😀💛
Thank you so much 😀
Like the ominous music 😮😅
Thank you!😆
It's a great choice it reminds me of dramatic movie trailers 😂
More dizzy and blurrier vision than usual? She should not be driving, ever!
She needs annual diabetic eye exams at the very least.
@@SansaCooksMy mother developed diabetic retinopathy as a lifelong T1 diabetic, despite being rigorous with food control, insulin usage, and regular checkups. Soooo, Foodie will eventually go blind
Omfg that chicken pot pie. That looked so gross LOL. "I need to open a restaurant" hahaha.
😆😆😆
That pot pie made me go off pot pie all together. 🤮
🥧🥧🥧
Excellent review of that first cycle, I can only dream of being as organized as you are and I appreciate all your work. Can't wait to hear the rest! BTW, I'm making your Jamaican Black Cake for New Year's. Dried fruit is soaking now😁👍
Ooooh, yay!!!!🍰
Your channel is just brilliant.
Wow, thank you!🥰
I'm 8 months pregnant and I have more energy than Cutie... and No I will not stop eating M&Ms at night my odd craving that I cannot resist 😂😂
Fair enough!
I love the dramatic, movie trailer-esque opening theme you used!
Thank you! It's one of my favorite tracks.😆
But then that’s probably way down the list of things to worry about 😬
I think it's up there! Vision is super-important.
@ You’re right, especially if she’s driving impaired
Excellent recap, Sansa.
Thank you!
This was a balanced, informative and very eye opening video. I am amazed how her beezers continue to support and encourage her to carry on in the same way. They are a more negative and destructive force than the haters.
I find it so strange that they think she's fine.
LIFE BY JEN, 2.0. Thanks, Sansa for a fabulous video! Love your content!
Thanks so much!
How could you forget The Binge Code? That book changed her life.......10+ years ago after she stopped reading it.
It's coming up!
Great to hear! Thank you!
Yeah, Jen also went live, laying down.
I believe Jen was 48 when she passed away. This is grim, but I don't think Chantal has that long
@ Agreed 💯
@@lydiaj7492 She won’t make the 2030s for sure
Feck yes. Been waiting for this shits to start!! Ty Sansa ❤❤. Amped to watched all of these!
Thank you so much for your kind support!
I'm loving this mini series so far!
Thank you for watching and chiming in!
I really enjoy your graphics, style, colors, lovely artwork
Thank you so much 😀
Sweet Sansa…my favorite part of this video was reading all the wonderful things people had to say about you!!
You are the antithesis of FB….you are the soothing voice of reason to her delusional nonsense!
You're too kind!☺️
What an awesome thing to say. You’re so sweet. And you’re absolutely correct. Sansa is the best!
Sansa - you have outdone yourself….Bravo!!!!
Yes she did!
Thank you so much!
I have yet to notice her pronunciation of endocrinologist 😂
😆😆😆 Indoctrinologist!
Love this recap!! Keep
Them coming Sansa 🫶🏼🫶🏼
Thank you--will do!
Fantastic video!! Thank you for the work that went into this!
My pleasure, thank you for watching!
Sansa bringing the receipts 👍👍 Looking forward to part 2 😊
Very soon!
Great video Sansa. I look forward to the next installment
Thank you!
@@SansaCooks thank you for all of your hard work. ❤️
This was wonderfully done, sansa! Ugh that chicken pie haunts me.
So much oil...😬😬😬
I'm glad she outgrew that striped/cheetah print hoodie. In a crowded field, it is the ugliest piece of clothing she's ever worn.
It's definitely up there!
when I started watching FB 10 years ago I was on Metformin, I have been off of it for 7 years thanks to a healthier lifestyle
That's fantastic!
@@SansaCooks thanks! its not impossible, just takes dedication
I completely agree!!!!
what a nice christmas(-time) treat!
🎁
Loving this thorough recap, Sansa!!
Thank you so much!
Seeing this compilation, really highlights the obvious patterns, and ultimate upcoming events.
Yup! I wish I had the stamina to put it all in one video.
@ I prefer separate videos, it’s more anticipation for the “events” 😆
Personally, I think that the "hand" measuring system is flawed. Have you seen the size of her hands? Anyhoo, this was, as usual, a great summary. Thanks for all of your hard work you are greatly appreciated. 🥰
Cheers, Miss S. 💖
The eyeball measuring drives me nuts!!!
I agree. I bought a $15 digital scale because I can't trust my eyes. Even using measuring cups isn't that accurate.
Great point!!!
Thank you Sansa.
Great video. 😀👍🏻
I’m looking forward to the next video of this series .
Thank you! 😃
this is definitely the most informative Foodie video gorl world has had in a while 🙌🙌🙌
Wow, thank you!
Boyfriend and I watched this on the tv. Bravo 👏👏👏
We love your AI images and what a perfect time to talk about the cycle!! Happy New Year thanks for the videos we appreciate you!!❤🎉
Thank you so much!!!! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Good job, this must have taken a lot of work to put together. 👍🏾
Thank you! It was an interesting project. I'm learning as I go.
I had forgotten the Indian indoctrinologist. 😂
😆😆😆🤲
@ not the palms of rice….
The low key racism toward him was gross.
That is at least 4-5 cups of cooked spaghetti.
Yup! That's at least a 12" platter.
Same! I will legit eat a huge bag for dinner. I can not buy them.
She knows all of what she should do, She just does not care enough to follow through. One day, she will have no choice.
Exactly right!
I'm pretty sure for her whole adult life.
I read this great book 25 years ago or so. "When Food is Love," by Geneen Ross. I highly recommend it for folks who struggle with BED.
Thank you for chiming in with that!
This year-end review is fantastic.
Thank you!!!
She really needs to weigh her food. I've said it before, but we can often easily underestimate by using measuring cups or measuring by "palms" of food, especially at her level of delusion. She just doesn't think there will be repercussions!
I completely agree.
Incredible breakdown!! Bravo 👏🏻
Glad you liked it!
That low BMI voice is something
💯
30 minutes of Sansa !!?? Yes please!!
🤓📊📈
16:29 that right here was a portion for a family of 4 or a day and a half of single normal person eating.
i’ve only been watching for a minute and i’m already obsessed. you’re my fav person in gorlworld
Wow, thank you!
she’s a lost cause
😬😬😬
