      @@SansaCooks na Sansa I think this isn't a cycle thing, she's lost that burst of erengy for good (we both know she's never gonna be motivated to try). Like just listen to 9:00
      Even when she's eating the nastiest grease soaked, cheese lathered, gravy drenched 10k Cals fruit punch bowl serving of of her fav food chantal just does not have that "boom" in her voice. She's so lazy that she doesn't want to breathe in deeper so she can speak with more emphasis. And food is like her life and soul so I think that speaks alot about her state. I think we should just start making videos to encourage her to see how wife a 5 foot 1 human being can get instead of giving her constructive criticism Sansa. Like when you do macro's you should divide the final number by 4 and subtract it by 1000 Cals.

    • @PointsofData
      @PointsofData 13 дней назад

      Go back to her old livestreams, on clip channels. There's an even bigger difference between then and now.
      I think a huge factor is that she's not going out and socializing. Among everything else of course, but socializing and planning little things to do with people gives our lives a purpose we can't fully replace on our own...and she's prone to trying to replace that with food/drugs/livestreaming/etc. I personally can attest to how much not having any connections affects you, no matter how much of an introvert you are or how busy you try to keep yourself. But in her case I really don't know what she could do to find connections outside of Salah beyond going back to Canada...it sounds like she fcked herself with any connections in Kuwait that would be easy to make (Salah's family, Aliyah or whatever, people in her building, etc.)

    As a BE, no, it’s not okay for me to have a little treat every once in a while. My husband is not a BE. He can have treats every once in a while. He will stop. I will eat the whole thing plus. Then the next meal, I’ll have another treat. Then the next day, “it’s the holidays. I can change after.” I have to have separate diet from him. I have to have routine diets and I have to avoid specific things all together. For example, I can say, “Oh, it’s ok. I’ll just get fast food. I’ll get a grilled chicken salad.” Then I’m hungry and I get in line. I’m looking at the menu. “Oh hey, look. Chicken Avocado BLT. I can have that for lunch, no fries and soda. Just water and have a salad for dinner.” Then I get to ordering… “Do you want the sandwich or the meal?” 😩 “Meal. With diet soda.” And it keeps going for every meal. And next thing you know, that anti-inflammatory diet I’ve spent 6 months committed to is out the window, I’ve gained 90 pounds back, and I feel like garbage every day.

    I was a heroin addict for 20 yrs. I use to do the same thing instead of doing 5 grams a day I'll do 3 1/2 for a few days and go down another gram and so on and so on. I never made it through the 1st day. Doing this trapped me for 20 yrs in a horrible cycle of self abuse, self loathing, failure and super low self Esteem. 13 yrs ago I had enough and surrendered because my way was NOT working . I am so greatful I have almost 14 yrs in recovery. I finally got my life back and I was an absolute fool to have lived so long trapped. Foodies food addiction is absolutely the same as I was instead of heroin it's food. The Big Book says there are people who can never recovery that something mentally, physically or spiritual prevents them from being able. As old as foodie is I am starting to think she is 1 of those people. 1 of my addiction drs told me if you in your 40s and not in recovery or making moves to get into recovery you more the likely are a life long addict. (Not everyone there are exceptions to the rules) I do feel sorry for foodie being an addict I would never wish that on anyone. Ik how trapped you are and how your addiction takes you and your life over completely. From the min my eyes opened until I passed out at night it was all about getting money and getting heroin. That's all foodie does except food. Asa her eyes open it's food, food, food. Very sad to spend an entire life stuck in the cycle of addiction either unwilling or unable to escape.

    It’s so insane how she realises that having snacks she likes around is way to tempting for her and more often than not she’ll overindulge and eat them all in a short period of time. Yet she doesn’t bear the consequences and won’t get snacks anymore and if Salah wants to have snacks he should take them with him into his place / room so she doesn’t have easy access to them anymore, i know that sounds wild but she can’t control herself at all, easy as that. It’s wild how Chantal and Amber realise what the issue is and what needs to be done but still do crazy mental gymnastics to justify having unhealthy snacks around because of "moderation" so they still have access to binge food just in case. That’s self manipulation right there.
