    No matter how wrong someone is, as an interviewer it is very important to give guests a chance to share their narrative how they see fit.
    Leading a guest to answer how your producers want is not in the interest of the public.

    This was really painful to watch, the guest was interrupted at every turn! I also think that CEO needs proper media training so that he can communicate effectively. I have a sense that RAF is in fact right and is doing well, its communications department appears to be its own enemy. Sizwe, please reflect on this interview and do better next time. We know you are brilliant, but listen with openness Sir. You appeared to have been pushing a particular narrative.

    Sizwe is ordinarily great at his job but in this case he was out of his depth. Allow the man to complete his thoughts for the benefit of the viewers. We want to hear all sides. Sizwe is not coherent here, mixing cases, it’s like he has a conclusion already and wants to insert it at every moment. The biggest loser here is the viewer.

    But the SCA did not say RAF is right on the Legodi judgement issues. The SCA was dealing with the renewing of the panel of attorneys contract. The Legodi Judgement was dealing with the failure of the RAF to properly deal with cases which were in court.
    Files were returned 2 years ago, RAF has the files but claimants still get default judgments, trials are conduct without RAF attorneys present because they have many cases on any given dates, they cant be in 20 places at one time. Check the default judgement court roll in pretoria.
    Okay fine CEO, you have fired the panel and hired in-house attorneys, what's the success story except
    attempts to bring rescission application which have no prospects of success.

The reason people are angry with RAF is because all these people stand to loose.

Stop wasting tax payers money with law suits all your cases are being appeal to the highest court and you loosing at taxpayers 's costs. And lawyers can't comment on this as your system will target them and thier payments will not be prioritized. I'm happy that his own decisions brought him to this. We know about default judgements going on at the courts. Today Menlyn office your stuff are sitting on the floor no furniture, files are lock at the storage because you didn't not pay the owner of the storage wearhouse and now you dumped the files at the basement parking exposed. Now you want to change the accounting standard by not following the right procedures.

  • @maburwanemokoena7117
    @maburwanemokoena7117 Год назад

    Eventually RAF will collapse, one thing we must instill in our South Africans is payment of services. Government must pass a law that when you own a car then you must buy an insurance for it, contracts could be made depending on one's tax bracket with the insurer and RAF so that they share the risk of this policy holder. For instance, if a drive run through a group of individuals and the damage is R1000000, the private insurer might pay out 60% and RAF to payout 40%.
