Great and coherent review and clean editing! theres great things in the future for you here, Cheers to reaching nearly 2k subs and many more in the near future mate!!
Your stick and stone analogy really made sense to me, i feel the exact same way with the lamzu thorn being the stick that you have a solid grip on and the Xlite V3 being the stone that just sits under your hand. Glad you found your endgame. Im hoping the Zaopin z2 is mine as its almost a SS Prime clone and i loved that shape. 🤞
Your videos are awesome! Very simple and peaceful. I can tell you really enjoy making reviews. I hope I can make more videos in the future and give off that same energy.
Vaxee mice are just something special. I feel the same towards my Outset AX as you do towards the NP-01. Weight, shape, clicks and tech are just the best I've ever used.
Now I need to wait for 3 months before Vaxee will release their trial mices, so I could try them, but they only offer 3 mices, so I might order it twice lol. Cause I am curious about the feel of all of their shapes. Great explanation, love the way you approach all of it in a video!
Just got it as a gift :) Same babyblue version. For wireless mouse it is amazing how light it is. ONLY downside - if you are accustomed to smaller mice, it is on the bigger scale, kind of reminds me older Microsoft laser mice.
My hand is 20.2 x 9 cm. Do you think I can buy a Vaxee Outset AX without any fear? My grip is claw. Zowie EC-1 CW or EC-2 CW are also options, but I must admit I prefer the look of the Outset AX.
Hey Kawsmos, I think the AX is a good shout for you, it works well for me and my hands are 21 x 10.5 cm, I suspect the length would suit you better than it suits me, but the width would probably be ok. Honestly, you might want to try the NP01 if you are a claw grip enjoyer. I find the AX pulls me in to a more relaxed grip, like palm or relaxed claw, and the NP01 doesn't pull you in, in the same way. I love both shapes, either would serve you well
Hey there, I’m coming off of a dav3 and Logitech dex. I pretty much palm with my fingers but don’t touch the mouse with a lot of my hand, just fingers flat out. Would this be better for that?
Hey dude, take a look at my NP01s review if you get a chance, I love that mouse specifically for the grip you're describing. The NP01 is a lot wider than the NP01s, and the NP01s is a dream in extended fingertip (what ur describing)
I always enjoy your reviews because you focus more on how the product feels and works while gaming than things like if it has an extra 1ms input latency or if it makes a sound or flexes by squeezing it 100x harder than you will ever grip it. I recently got the NP-01 when it was back in stock here and it instantly became my new main! Was wondering if you mind sharing your thoughts on the Vaxee stock skates ? I have a feeling my Cerapad Kin might chew through them crazy fast?
Thanks for the kind words Lorn 🫡 I don't mind the stock skates but I'd expect most skates that aren't hardened ptfe will last a few months on a hard pad. It might be worth picking up some dots for when they get worn out - personal recommendation would be Ghostglide Cyclones.
I have got the same grip style as you ,palm/relaxed claw grip. Hand size 19,5x10. I have got already AX, love the mouse. However I am tempted to try out NP01 or s version of it. Which one would you recommend for my hand size? I had also XE but I didn’t like it, find AX miles better. Thanks
Hey Elvis, because the np01 and np01s are the same length, the only difference in size is the width. Your hands are only half a cm narrower than mine, I would 100% recommend the NP01 for you. Think of the NP01 as being a further back humped AX, they're very similar in width etc, but the hump is completely different, and of course, there's no tilt/slant on the NP01 like there is on the AX
@@Log_Pile how would you compare your experience with it, when you compare it to npo1s? I assume that NPO1 is more comfortable, but with which one did you performe beter in game like Warzone or Overwatch? Thanks in advance,
Awesome review. How does it compare to the NP01-S, besides slightly different dimensions. Any difference in switches/button/sensor implementations? Coating? All that. Also, how is the button uniformity on this mouse? Is the light, tactile response the same front to back of the entire button? What about the sides? Would love to hear. Very close to buying this!
This an absolutely amazing review btw. For reference, what's your hand size? Considering it fits perfectly for you-- while I'm considering the S model. Also, how would you compare the switches to standard Omron (for example D2FC-F-K)?

@@Log_Pile i have updated the firmware and also have contacted their support. They asked to return and they will test it themselves. Was just curious if someone had this happen to them.
Great review. Love the analogies. So im a palm-gripper with an age problem. Im 53 and ive been PC gaming a loooong time. I seek out ergo mice for my palm grip but lately after shorter 1-hr sessions my thumb will experience pain in the second joint and i have to rest for a while. Almost like arthritis pain. I have had to reach back to my G403 Hero as its the lnly mouse i have that doesnt give me the same thumb pain im assuming due to the large grip width and the flatter left side thumb wall. What would you say to trying the NP01 for my situation and also what are your opinions on the wired NP01 that Vaxee still offers on their site for about 30-40 bucks cheaper. Thanks Log!
Hey FireGuy, thanks for the comment! I actually think the wired NP01 might be better for you than the wireless. Vaxee made some mild changes to the wireless version to make the thumb less exaggerated (to make it work for more people), but i wonder if tge original wired might offer you more support, which is what you sound like you need. If you do try one, Let me know how you get on with it. Good luck dude, thanks for being here
Thanks for the reply, definitely subbed. I have the Outset AX wireless and I love everything about it except I can only play with it for about 30 minutes before I'm in pain in my right thumb. And I could easily go broke trying out every ergo mouse out there these days. It's a shame that I have to use a mouse from 6 years ago just so I can keep playing without pain interruptions. So I think I may try the NP01 wired, I need a unique shape to help me but I was reluctant due to the fact that ergonomically it's looking like I need a flatter thumb groove instead of the more pronounced deep thumb grooves that mouse makers now put on the left side of their mice. Thanks again. 👍
