This absolutely sucks. Hope you're back on. In the past I took your advice to try shorter cranks( cycling) and it has been a godsend for me ( 72yo, bad hips, scoliosis, you name it I have it). I started riding in 1984 after getting tired of back problems playing golf. I played at Cal in the early 70's and was All-Pac 8. But by the time I was in my early 30's I just decided I couldn't stand the back problems anymore. Anyway years later I started to suffer from back pain even after a short time on an easy ride. Two years ago I switched from 175 to 165 cranks. No pain immediately. It took me about 6 months for my body to really adjust but the change has been a godsend. Thank you.

The amount of hacking In all walks of life is epidemic. How many letters do we all get telling us information was compromised and here is a year of credit monitoring. It’s insane. And now it’s websites. RUclips. Instagram etc.
Sorry that happened. Bone spur in my foot lump on back of lower part of ankle. But doing podiatrist first need to lose weight first work on stretching exercise he gave me then maybe surgery later on after weight is off and under control to clean out spur and lump on back of ankle area. Need right foot for bowling.

This is the third channel I follow that got hacked within a few weeks. The last one was Rose Homestead. I follow her for sourdough I formation. Seems like there's gotta be better ways to protect your account. 🙁 Anyway she might be of help to you. It was a long hard road for her.
