I can tell you one thing. With this inflation and gas prices, my health has never been better. I can’t afford the luxury of chips, cookies, ice cream, bacon and anything that’s processed. I’ve cut down on portions, cut the cord so instead of sitting in front of the tube snacking, I’m out walking and playing with the dogs. Three 1/2 years under Biden. I’m down from over 200 to a respectable 180. No more belly, no borderline blood sugar and cholesterol in check. I don’t drive as much and walk when ever possible. I’m more careful with my money and think carefully before spending.
