Thanks for watching and commenting. No, it's not you. To the best of my knowledge, during 2010 Glock switched to a gas nitriding process. After applying the nitriding process, a black Parkerized decorative surface finish is applied. Glock has used various finishes (treatments) through the years with the nDLG coating over Parkerization being the latest.
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. I think that it will depend on consumer acceptance. The G25 is not listed at the Glock website (USA). I think that it needs to be included with the 6-round, sub-compact G28. Note that the G42 sub-compact is also not listed, but all three (G25, G42, and G25) are listed on the eu.glock.com/en/Products/Pistols?filter=380auto site. In some countries, citizens cannot have firearms that shoot a "War" caliber (9mm). I am surprised that Glock did not come out with a G17-sized .380.
Is it me or does the slide seem a more dull or matte-ish color compared to the G19 slide?
