The biggest takeaway from this channel is matching the racquet speed with the shuttle. I can't tell you how much this has improved my games so much. I make fewer errors and better quality shots. Keep up with great videos! I love seeing your students make mistakes and watching them improve from your teaching Thank you so much for your wisdom coach!
I really don't understand what he means when he says "match the racquet speed with the shuttle". I hope I meet him in person someday to understand this practically :)
@@adityapatra9183 There's alot of good lessons on this channel How I found matching the speed with the shuttle useful in my games is that... Often miss a lot of shots, hitting the rim, return shuttle to the midcourt or generally return poorly This was mostly due to swinging my racquet too fast or too slow. Once I start to bend my knees, keeping my head below the net line, I can start to observe the speed of the shuttle and the direction it's going. Because I can see the speed, it gives me information on how fast I should swing and at what contact point Hitting the racquet at the same speed as the shuttle at the right contact point gives a cleaning return shot. Avoiding, hitting the rim, hitting the net or missing altogether. This can be applied to any type of return shot, whether it's driving, killing, smashing, backhand, clearing etc.
@@adityapatra9183 he is talking about rhythm and timing. You dont swing too early or late and you decide on a contact point before hitting a shot (which should preferably be always in front of you/between body and net). How the coach is asking him to learn it is by removing all of the power from the shot and focus on form and timing so that even without any power the shot feels right and only then add power/speed in small increments till it reaches full blast.
First of all thank you for the subtitles! Another GREAT TIPS & POINTS on how Forehand Smash should be! This has point out many of my mistakes and will rewatching this to fully memorise all the points given to improve my Technique in Smashes! Thank you Guys & Thanks alot Coach Han
Teacher, thank you very much for translating the video into spanish, greetings, from México, excellent video, today I learned a lot with the movement of the shoulders, thank you teacher
really? I didn't know Spanish subtitles were needed. I will try my best for Spanish subtitles in the future. The subtitles will probably be made on English base.

There is no royal road to practice. Stroke training is not the method, but the number of repetitions and time. I will make and upload a video of the stroke training scene soon.

When coach says "pull", is that the final flick action of the wrist + grip force?

How to train the stroke timing?
For any kinds of strokes..
There is no royal road to practice. Stroke training is not the method, but the number of repetitions and time. I will make and upload a video of the stroke training scene soon.
@@full-swing sure tank you, and looking forward to it👍
@@full-swing is it mean the more you practicing the specific stroke the better timing stroke you will get?
ruclips.net/video/tEVs0Sz4FcI/видео.html
Thanks
thank you for watching~

Plz upload a video net kill shot for doubles
yeah, I will
Is useful coach 👌👍🔥🙏
thanks :-)
The teacher is very professional. What is his name?
coach Han 😀 He taught LYD.
ruclips.net/video/f4UJiVgNgyg/видео.html
Nice
very good~
