How the hell did I make it home after staying pretty safe over there for a year with everything I have seen and done. Nothing short of a miracle Praise the lord I came home to my children. It was a fun adventure. Mortars and missiles. Iraq, Kuwait, syria German Ireland and all across the United States all in one deployment, I tell ya. That was an exhausting WORLD TOUR. ALMOST LOST MY HAND AND HAD IT RECONSTRUCTED IN WHAT WAS CLASSIFIED AS A COMBAT ZONE. I wouldn't trade my stories for the world. And thats all I have left is pictures and stories.

I love listening to this song and driving my dad’s big truck downtown to the Jamba Juice. Blasting this song in the drive through at Starbucks, or maybe wearing a summer sun dress and driving to the only bar in town where all the cute boys hang out, playing this song at full volume and thinking about my dad who died in a simple helicopter crash.
