That back up isn't death note themed it's allucard from hellsing themed Edit. That half life sniper does 148 dmg so it is the worst charge sniper and it can't 1 shot with all of the buffs without it's burning
I don't think backup is broken, pretty good pistol, at least its don't have barrier and big head curse... So with this weapon i can compete with rusted revolvers in some way
