Ron Wyatt said he saw the Ark of the covenant under Golgatha Jesus blood dripped down upon it. The blood found there was examined for DNA, the blood was still alive and only had 24 chromosomes, 23 from mother and 1 Y from the Father.

Is Ron Wyatt a credible source? I have since started looking at the controversy in some of his claims and as much as I want to believe his claims on the ark of the covenant, he seems to have a mixed bag of findings some less reliable than others

Ron Wyatt was at this long before Cornuke. Cornuke is a Pledgerist who takes other people's findings and rewrites them as if he found it all. HES IN IT FOR THE MONEY!
Ron Wyatt lives Jesus and wanted to help people understand the bible better and find Jesus. Wyatt risked his life and used his own money to find many, many proofs of the bible narrative by himself.

Ethiopia has long been debunked as to where the Ark of the Covenant is. Ron Wyatt found the Ark, his other discoveries, (Noah’s Ark, Exodus discoveries, Sodom and Gommorah, Joseph’s grain storage, philistine burial pots) establish him to me.
