I got a legendary Fuse skin after my first few packs. It was the only legendary skin I had at the time so I decided to unlock him first. He's actually really fun and works well in tons of situations if you know how to play him (Qing on a door to stop enemies from pushing while you heal, shooting it at their cover to stop them from healing, and just causing chaos in general when I'm stuck in a room with a 3 stack pred team in pubs. Same goes for my ult.) Even shoot it at the bottom of ziplines/ jump towers to get a little dmg off them if they try to follow. Btw I'm 17 not 40💀. This Fuse stereotype is crazy, but I'm all for it😂.

I actually got an heirloom by complete accident. I reached lvl 450 and got a pack. Since I knew I wouldn't get anything good I just opened it and peeked at my phone only to hear the sound effect it plays and snapped back to the screen. 😅😅😅
I've been playing since season 10 and it's season 9 still no heirloom
So as a legit answer, I think the reason why Random Fuses use that last second Ult is due to them knowing its a good idea but not knowing how to actually execute it well. Cuz in theory dropping your ult when you're low to both create visual clutter and block off a push from one direction is crazy good. Especially indoors. The issue is that 95% of Fuse mains do not have the game sense to know where they should drop their Ult and when they have enough HP or cover to drop the ult without dying. They just know "I'm about to die, I should drop my ult." and that's it.
I don’t play Fuse but I've encountered a few of the rare good Fuse mains and they are able to make the last minute Ult an effective strat.
This is the only actual answer. Fuse is just like every other meh character where they can be really good if the player is good and has a good understanding of game sense. Except with fuse he actually becomes a realllly good character if you have a good understanding of his character and his kit respectively.
He’s a lot like Wattson and rampart in that way where he isn’t all that great in the hands of a casual but in the hands of a skilled player he can really shine. He’s just so situational whereas other legends are good all the time especially movement legends which are way easier to use for newbies.

The heirloom skin should be reactive and evolve with kills or dmg every game
Fuse's last second ult is just them setting off fireworks to celebrate you beating them.
The reason why fuses use their ultimate at almost dying is because they try to conFUSE (sorry for the bad joke) the enemy with the fire to run away and escape.

The true reason fuses use their ult Is because they are 40 year olds trying to annoy little children from looting their death box
The wild fuse often tries to perform a burial ceremony before its death and they try to save their useless Ult till their death because they know it will do bare damage to any enemies therefore they attempt to bath themselves in the glory of flames so that bloodhound can see he went down with a fight and that they were honorable to the end.

I'm pretty sure that fuse does it as a sort of panic button, they know they're going to die so they start button mashing.
Before getting an heirloom a high kill game for me was 4 kills after it went to an average of 5 kills and a good game with 10+

See the fuse main, has the defensive instinct to “go it with a bang” therefore they decide as the final moment before their death, they release there motherload as a last ditch effort

As a fuse it is a primal defence mechanism as most of us where caustic mains so we still assume that the ult will ensure or safety but it never works and that is why we random ult

I have a theory on why Fuse mains do their “final blow” ultimate is probably because it minorly inconveniences the enemies and their teammates as well in a way and also to probably do any amount of extra damage they can get for their team mates. But hey that’s just a theory! A game theory!

The fuses ult because using it brings the same satisfaction as a kill. They get very few of those, so ulting is the main reason they play the game.
About the Fuse;
I do that too and the reason why I do it is because if Im gonna die, I can try to take someone with me or just create a less winable situation for my enemies

I played so many matches withour any heirloom. Match making was sucks and got to worst while I became kinda better and have more level..
I got 2 heirloom as heirloom and prestige skin for a one legend. And have incredibly bad match making and bad games. Not about Im bad or good in this game what I meant...
İf you have high level in this game and playing with random people.. İts always so bad. And not just about because of you dont know each other and less cominication.. They are 90 95 percent playing out of the lobby logic and skills.
1- They are just pushing and die even not able to help or cover..
2- They are not able to do any kind of efficient things even I follow them what they do..
3- They are complete noob even they were 500 level or more...
But when I look in the same lobby who killed me or his teammates. Even their profile seem so bad or low level like 120, 140 level or even 40, 70 level. They are completely know what they do and how need to play or handle a situation good aiming etc. etc. Even they have bad profile, nearly all of them totally smurfing. But my teammates even similar movies 90 95 percent of game so bad according to nearly everyone in that lobby as aiming and playing as game logic. I mean nonrank games btw.
Lastly lets say to respawn to make "Straight shot" permenantly. Because of this things. I cant enjoy from this game anymore and I dont want to play even want to quit.
This new Straight shot mod make this better. Yeah same things still there and happening. But annoying less. And you wait less. And play much and enjoyable...
They should Straight shot mood for a real mood like Control, Trios, duos and rank. People should be play this mod anytime they want...

My heirloom sucks; it's a Revenant heirloom and it makes too much noise and blocks too much of the screen. Ya see I got some free heirloom shards two weeks ago but instead of spending them right away I decided to hold onto them until I could make up my mind. Then I got drunk and logged on to Apex. I don't remember how or when I unlocked the Revenant heirloom but I'm 99.9% sure it happened in my drunken stupor. So I guess I should main Revenant now? idk man I really miss that silence tactical

Fuses ult because they think it’s season one wraith phase, that lands instantly so they can run away, heal up, pop both tactical charges, miss both. Run into the fight just to die. (Literally me. 💀)
As someone who regularly plays with a Fuse main stereotype they pop their ultimate in fear or just a last effort to push back, no disrespect to Fuse mains, but the stereotype of them being dads coming home after day of work to play Apex is very true

Fuse answer: me not being the best player, and playing with the absolute breeding ground that is mid teir lobbies for fuses. The last minute ult allows for discombobulation and a quick bust that the forty year old dads have been holding on to all day

Fuses do the "CAMPFIRE ULT" everytime, because they want to chill and eat some steak instead of fight

The random fuse will panic ult because they know the dirty deeds they did dirt cheap are catching up with them. Or they fear the nut. Up to your interpretation.
