Something I would like in Hearthstone is an Arena for you and your friends. I have friends who have spent a small fortune on HS and playing against them isn't really fun for any of us. But... What if I could go into the arena with a friend and draft a 30 card deck of random cards each which we can use to battle eachother. Maybe you could even enter the arena with more than one friend and have a small tournament for fun. That would be great! EDIT: It would also be fun although not as fun is if you could use your current arena deck to battle friends. You can't gain wins or losses from it but it would make battling with friends more fun! But as I said. I prefer the first idea
Ran a rogue deck against him with Thaurissan, Chromaggus and Van Cleaf. Managed to keep thaurissan up long enough to get a few 1 cost cards and a 0 cost Van Cleaf. Played Chromaggus the term before, drew a "draw one card" which gave me shadowstep. Suffice it to say by 9 mana it was pretty much game.
Kripp, pro Maloriak strat: Use Dire Wolf Alpha, Raid Leader, and Timber Wolf. One could say it glitches out, but it makes all your minions super huge. I had way too many giant minions on the board early.
It looks like a great fun when you can build whatever deck you want to beat them. I don't have cards to build even half of any of the decks in video and beating normal was nothing more than struggle for me.
Your Atramedes deck was sweet. As someone with less epics I had to be creative. Blingtron was boffo. He ended up with an Assassin's Blade and it neutralized him for a bunch of rounds, especially after I put up some Molten Giants with a taunt and he didn't attack them. He doesn't change weapons if he has one equipped. Kind of reminded me of the Patchwerk strategy where you did the same thing and it slowed him down.
I had the best scenario on my first try on heroic Nefarian. I played the combopriest deck. I got deathlord and kelthuzad on the field which made him no attack at all... After that I mindcontrol teched his Chromaggus and got double diving spirit on my deathlord. I kept Nefarian at 1 armor so I could just kill him in one turn with my 120/120 Deathlord :)
KRIPPPPP! Make a video valueing ''Dragonkin Crusher'' The value in arena when u get the battlecry off is amazing. It won me many games with a crappy deck in topdeck mode and the enemy not having an awnser for it. MANY LOVE, YOUR 1 TRUE FAN.
i beat atramedes (on heroic) using a standard mustard paladin deck (trump's "to battle 6.1") with no edits, not even any acidics or harrisons. Easiest heroic boss ever. Edit: clarified my comment
both normal and heroic. I've used that pally deck from the ladder to take down all bosses on normal except for the intense stare dude and the mill druid/rogue boss, i forgot their names. I also used that deck to defeat nefarian (4th wing) on heroic, but that time i made three edits, replacing TBK with KT, iron beak with 2nd BGH, and 2nd zombie with cult master. the most common class I have used to take down heroic bosses (naxx and brm) is priest in sum: Do not underestimate the power of the light. lol
Christopher Storvik I 1-shot the normal atramedes with rogue and basically all of the weapon removal. I didn't know about reverberating gong going into the fight, and when I won, I hadn't used a single one of them. I didn't even want to, I had an annoy-o-tron with cold blood, which ended up dealing 15 damage. For heroic I used Druid with no weapon removal whatsoever, like your paladin. I'm pretty sure I would have had lethal regardless, but let's just say I got to abuse the Kel'thuzad/Taunt bug... his weapon was at 8 damage but he wouldn't even use it.
I did heroic Nefarian with Inner Spirit Priest, just play KT behind a taunt and minions won't attack unless he can kill KT with a spell, then just buff that Deathlord to a 32/32 and you skip Onyxia. Yes it wasn't my idea, I found the deck on hearthpwn.
I took on the entirety of this wing on heroic with a dragon pally running deathwing in it, which was worth it entirely for nefarian saying "daddy" when I played it

Aisha ClanClan I did this that way as well, but modified this to extreme. I had water_ele's/chugga_chuggas combo'ed with 2 Echos of Medivh. At the end that was 27dmg weapon. :D
I agree with Kripp that some of these encounters were excellently designed, but I think a few were overtunned. Even a HC boss should have at least 1 deck that beats it consistently and I think in a few encounters that wasn't the case. Another bad thing about BRM was that it was quite buggy, much buggier than Nax was I feel.
I was able to kill nefarian without triggering the other phases, had a gargoyle get buffed by a dark cultist, defender of argus. power word shield, then divine spirit. So was a 2/18 gargoyle and sat on that until I drew my other divine spirit, then along with inner fire hit him for 36 and he just died, no onyxia or instant board wipe, so that was fun :P. He has no hard removal, so he had a tough time dealing 18 damage to that gargoyle in a turn.
Atramedes: vulnerable to freeze mage. You play your water eles and chuggas and keep him frozen forever. Also, skip Onyxia by creating a 32/32 Deathlord and one shot Nefarian when he has 1 or 2 armor left.
I got really fortunate with Maloriak.. oneshotted once he passed the first 3 turns without doing anything.. I took 20/30 minutes on Chromaggus and Nefarian (the first) and i think their the strongest, Atramedes stupidly easy to Freeze and beat.. Coren Direbrew and General Drakkisath were the funniest though
Omnotron defence system was one of easiest bosses. I kill it on my SCOUT try with control warrior. Malariak was rushed by deck with flying machines and Gnomoregan infantry, Enchanco helps a lot. And if he gets aberrations or 4dmg implosion early, surrender. Atramedes get slain on 3rd try using chuggachuggas/water ele with medievh (not even Harrison or Ooze). Nefarian is matter of the priest combo to one-shot him (it skips Onyxia). Generally, Nefarian and Malariak need a bit of luck while Omnotron and Atramedes are kinda easy. Nice wideo btw.
As soon as I got my hands on the BlackWing I used the same build as the one that I used to kill Kel'Thuzad and it worked, I did the first three mission of the last wing on my first try and Nefarian was the hardest of all :( I had a Kill Command on my hand but I had no beast on the field and he was on his last 5 health :(
Kripp - you'll be interested to hear, I beat Heroic Nefarian with mill Rogue, taking him to 0 cards in hand and deck before taking him out of phase 1 :)
These decks work extremely well, did all of them first try except for Nefarian, took 3 tries. One was rubber ducky, second one I fucked up. Third one I fucked up using KT before he cleared the board, but Baron Geddon carried since at that point Nef had no cards and Geddon effectively negates Nef's hero power.
I'm not sure if i'm the first person to find out about this, but i discovered you can actually kill Nefarian without ever seeing Onyxia. The way you do this is by getting him at 1 armor and 15 health by playing alexstrazsa and then dealing 16+ damage in one hit
tomschrauwen Yeah, this works without Alexx as well and this is the easiest way to kill him - combo priest. He also has Nova's and Circle's to take care of his early bones, and lategame it's just healing kt and combo-drop when buffing the former(but beware Power_Overwhelming X2 and shadowflame, cuz' that's 12 AOE dmg.)
oO there's an onyxia phase? I just hit him with a 78/78 KT and he died =( Its actually a fairly easy way to beat him. When you get your KT out you can just trade your board into whatever he plays repeatedly, while you draw into all your buffs. Clone chromaggus at your own risk, it will be pretty difficult to play out your hand every time.
The defense system's AI (no pun intended) was really weird for me. It would play a 1 mana cost card, then play recharge then play a 3 mana cost card. When it had 6 mana.
i did atromedes with druid deck violet teacher with bunch of buff spells and savage roar , was really easy , i even forgot to put in ooze in the deck , so i just went face all the way ignoring his creature and it worked fine , 1st try
i killed every one exept nafarian with patron warior nafarian with mill druid make sure he got no cards bevore onyxia and you win just remove every thing

I literally just beat Maloriak in 2 tries with face hunter switching out arcane golem with gnomeregan infantry... I guess that shows how balanced facehunter is.
Well, it only took me one try to down maloriakk with a zoo deck full of shitty minions. It didn't use the charge card tho. I found Nefarian to be the thoughest one, i had to repeat the encounter at least 10 times. Crazy rng action.
Why does the community have it's mind set in control when aggro is proving itself the more and more dominant force. Ooooh gotta control, trade, stabilize....hah Defense system: Don't have the cards for freeze mage or malygos shaman? Just face hunter him. explosive trap to clear toxitron n' co(it deals 4 dmg remember ;) ) After that he's toast especially if you can disable electron( silence) 2cnd try! Maloriak: Yolo murloc druid!!! All murloc(no coldlight) + savage roar + lepper, echoing ooze, abusive Face all day only possibly kill ghoul. The trick is in the roar. Waiting to have lethal is often a mistake since he starts trading when you get a mob so use it earlier. Bad luck/restart: 3x chargers, belcher, roar denied by counterspell(super bad luck cuz rare) 1rst try downed him to 2 hp if he only cleared 1 less minion. Completed 3rd try if not counting turn 1 3x chargers. Ofc only possible cuz the don't have board clears.
I beat him after ten tries of not having those charge minions. I used a typical zoo deck, it worked really well as I do not think he has good board clear, as he mainly plays minions. Way to beat maloriak is to hope he never draws those darn aberrations.

Just realize that when fighting Atramedes (20:40), Kripps nickname becomes Slayer of Stupid Incompetent Minions.

I one shoted omnitron defense system heroic with just my demon deck that i use in play mode. Floating watcher was key.

I literally just beat Maloriak in 2 tries with face hunter switching out arcane golem with gnomeregan infantry... I guess that shows how balanced facehunter is.

Well, it only took me one try to down maloriakk with a zoo deck full of shitty minions. It didn't use the charge card tho.
I found Nefarian to be the thoughest one, i had to repeat the encounter at least 10 times. Crazy rng action.

Defense system: Don't have the cards for freeze mage or malygos shaman? Just face hunter him. explosive trap to clear toxitron n' co(it deals 4 dmg remember ;) )
After that he's toast especially if you can disable electron( silence)

Face all day only possibly kill ghoul. The trick is in the roar. Waiting to have lethal is often a mistake since he starts trading when you get a mob so use it earlier.
Bad luck/restart: 3x chargers, belcher, roar denied by counterspell(super bad luck cuz rare)
1rst try downed him to 2 hp if he only cleared 1 less minion. Completed 3rd try if not counting turn 1 3x chargers.
Ofc only possible cuz the don't have board clears.
you can glitch the final boss, with bane of doom by killing onyxia with it, like with majourdomo
and why should you doo that, it takes away half of the fun

what deck u use to win vs naferian
I beat him after ten tries of not having those charge minions. I used a typical zoo deck, it worked really well as I do not think he has good board clear, as he mainly plays minions.
Way to beat maloriak is to hope he never draws those darn aberrations.
