I just wanna share some reassurances with you girlies that you lose up to 100 hairs a day naturally, and when you have hair extensions they don't let them just drop out as they normally would so then when you take the extensions out it looks like you've had massive hair loss which isn't the case. Obviously if you have a dodgy hair dresser that can cause damage but hair extensions when done properly and taken care of wont cause hair loss (Your hair also looks thinner when you take them out cause you've just spent 6 plus weeks with extra hair its not - usually - hair loss!). Sincerely the daughter of a hairdresser and lover of hair extensions! x
I really wouldn’t get the extensions back! I think your hair looks more or less the same, leave it a couple months and you’ll never want to get them back. You can always wear the temporary ones to put in for an event and take them out at the end of the night x

Literally isn't she! 💗 yeah and there's an opportunity to really enjoy and style her natural hair, you'd be supposed how fast hair can improve and volumise with just the energy of love and care and a break- sounds wishy washy I know but I'm a mixed girl with curly dry thin hair that never grew then I spent one month in the summer using my products and being gentle and calm in myself esp in shower I have a new appreciation for untouched hair short or long, time it does wonders!

Try brewing up some ginger, honey and lemon tea to ease up your illness. Skin first, then chop up some raw ginger root and place it carefully into a pan of boiling water on top of the stove. Once boiled (give it around 15-20 mins), pour it into a mug with some lemon juice (or freshly squeezed) and stir in some honey. Cover the leftovers to heat up for later. 😎😎😎
I hated taking mine out too but I promise once it starts growing and becoming healthier you’ll be grateful, it did take me a year however

genuine Q but is it not normal for people in the UK to spay their dogs immediately ? i've never known an american who has a cat or dog who hasn't been spayed or neutered within the first few months of getting them as a puppy
It’s not really advised! A lot of people believe that dogs need to go through puberty as normal before getting spayed, which makes sense when you think about it
Girls normally have to have a minimum of 2 seasons before they can be spayed (sometimes longer for bigger breeds). If it’s done sooner it can increase their risk of certain physical, psychological and neurological disorders. Something to do with their hormones allowing them to fully develop I believe
