Sam, these kinds of videos are ABSOLUTELY amazing. Do more of these with older deck types that haven't got a lot of showcase. I think your intro and all your animations are absolutely superb. The person who does this for you needs a huge raise. like HUGE. So awesome. I would say that your channel has control of the YuGiOh! Content Creation area. There is literally no other channel doing it as good and professionally as yours. Keep it up.
Love rogue decks. Climbed to master 3 last night with Kozmo. Was very surprised how often I saw Ice Barrier at high rating. And how often I lost to it. In archetype way to lock out SPoly is insane. Great vid, hoping the deck continues to see love.
I've loved Ice Barriers since they came out in Hidden Arsenal back in 2009, I'm so happy they're meta viable now! I actually took 2nd at locals recently with Runick Ice Barrier, nice to see there's a *super* good Master Duel list, too!
I love ice barriers and im glad that the new support is now on yugioh master duel and also if would be awesome if sam does a ice barrier deck profile in real life that would be good
As someone who ABSOLUTELY LOVES the Ice Barrier Archetype, I would actually recommend the inclusion of three other cards. Namely: "Zuijin of the Ice Barrier," for tribute fodder if necessary, as well as either "Caravan of the Ice Barrier" or "Judge of the Ice Barrier" as a way to recycle cards out of the GY and back into the deck or Extra Deck. As a tech pick however, I think an underutilized option is "Number 4: Stealth Kragen" and at least 1 copy of "Stealth Kragen Spawn," as it can be used to pop an opponent's monster as a quick effect, whilst changing the attribute of every monster on the field to WATER. Although this does make the trap "Eisbahn" a bad idea, it does mean that, in certain decks, the opponent may not be able to use monsters as summoning materials.
"certain decks" being snake eyes/fire king lol. Kragen is a really good sideboard option irl, but in master duel it probably wont come out much due to the randomness of matchmaking

Fun thing is. You dont have to synchro introl coral dragon first. Its just a waste of an extra deck monster. You can have mirror mage plus 4 tokens and make croco instantly and also draw 4. And then you still have coral dragon for a destroy play later on. Or even take it out for anothwr extra deck monster.
The discard for raiho is always optional never forced ....if you negate the effect they won't have a reason to discard...the discard is only to stop from being negated by the raiho ....I hope I helped somewhat for those that didnt understand why he got to keep his card in hand that last game

I always were a competitiv yugioh player but around 1 1/2 Years ago i lost my passion for Yugi and quittet the game. But thanks to your tournament vod´s i gained my passion back and just bought myself a new Yugi deck. Just wanted to say thank you, even if its unlikely that you will see that comment.
Fishborg harpooner can slap a floodgate down. Still gotta mess around with it, but without baronne or borreload, ice barrier needs the pressure put on the field
I made this deck cause I’ve always wanted to play with ice barriers now that I have gotta say of love it it not at all a top tier deck but for me a casual player I love it I might make this deck in real life with minor adjustments not a fan of all the hand traps but ik master duel needs it

It’s the backrow floodgates I cannot stand. Edit: You can also play Ice Barrier w/ Centurion or Snake Eyes. I tried it and they both work. IB can make interesting boards w/ Centurion especially.

started master duel a week ago, before then never used xyz or synchro but have a friend who guided me through deck building kashtir and ice barrier almost made it to diamond in a week ice barrier is great but what xyz monsters can you use in the deck to transition if main plan fails and duel becomes slowed and reliant on what you draw next
Ice Barriers has always been a favorite arch type but it wasn't meta. Right when I was about to do another deck recipe the support. Also a small switch is I have 11 rank psycho crusher in my deck for a win con my opponent will not expect.
I feel like every rogue deck same makes support from meta syndrome a truly horrible disease that makes you believe any hand trap other than max c should be in the deck

It is possible to reach master with ice barriers. Its like sky strikers, the average meta sheeps will not know what to do when seeing such a nieche exotic deck. Its a good deck but you risk to get clapped rly fast when opp gets the hang of it. So dont dust those cards immediately when getting a loosing streak. When you rly wanna be top tier ladder then opt for Yubel.
Evil twin 100%. It got a structure deck this year in ocg, so it has a high chance of new support. It was also in the anime advert and so far all of them are getting new cards. Ice Jade is part of Albaz lore which is on long term hiatus, so not likely to get support any time soon.

@shinolaze Exosisters shows up in tournaments a little bit, not evil twin except as maybe part of a level 2 spam deck. Both are cheap decks so no harm getting both, but again evil twin is more likely to get support.

If you are new to Yugioh, just make a Yubel Deck. This deck is very good but not the top Meta.
