I have been in housing for 2yrs.,through los angeles housing authority. And i have been in haressed and bullied . I have attempted to report these concerns or complaints to my building manager. Among other things such as repairs,and working furnance in my unit for 2 yrs.. i have been haressed by 4 or tentants in my apartment building. Its ridiculous and a joke.
Legal aide turned there backs the first year so I could move a no fault eviction, due to them lying I didn't pay rent roof caved in two years letting it sink in, and an bad relationship the landlord would actually yell at blame me this ex would bang on my door, I said no and had no control over, never cause problems keep to myself and pay my rent and am clean I can't understand... It was very weird the first day and hear the landlord asked me for a pizza and said to me no complaints I still will never understand it, and I never went but I'm wondering if that's why his wife moved in and has retaliated towards me, to this day I'm trying to figure out why and just want to leave and move, I know she's called me a s*** I'm not,...heartbreaking it is very
I have been researching fair housing for those of us living in condo's. QUESTION 01: IS THERE A LIST OF PROTECTED CATAGORIES? QUESTION 02: DO CONDOS FALL UNDER THE RIGHT OF FAIR HOUSING COMPLIANCE? My husband and I own our condo in a small Michigan community of 39 condos with two large buildings with common hallways. My husband has recently been diagnosed with Major neurocognition disease stage 4. He also has multiple physical disabilities (hammertoes/neuropathy/osteoarthrisits in his knee etc. His mobility issues make it difficult to navigate the entrance stairs so he has been going through our sunporch doors (with only one step.) I have multiple Autoimmune Conditions and Multiple Chemical Sensitivies. Our condo board has been hiring out and annually using lawn chemicals, spider control sprays, and perfumes and chemicals in carpet cleaning events. My requests for letting me know about the up-coming chemical use has been ignored. I have also been bullied more than once by the Vice President of our condo board of directors. I am keeping copies of e-mails to be on the safe side.
@@donnaallgaier-lamberti3933 yes it under the fair housing laws just like group homes, adult foster homes, apartment that teaches the disabled people to learn how to live on there own. And NO cuties council members in Minnesota in new Hope 😜 and west st.paul and south st.paul makes up lies about the disabled people who they claimed are calling 911 which is not true. It's the low life's who calls 911 all the times normal adults. Only four times I called 911 one someone shooting there gun at someone else at Ames Lake Green apts with permission from the manager. And one when I hurt my back. Two fights in parking lot.

Police reported on the manager and the mentenance manager that is making tenants life miserable by reporting lies to other residents and developing vexation
What if you have Black Mold in the home never missed rent payments .also a year ago they ask me to move out of this house and move into a smaller home so the can put Hispanic in there now I have black Mold and they stop fixing on things like a broken base kitchen sink with mold also in the mold is on the wall where you put the filter and you ask the landlord to fix the problem and they reply if you don’t feel comfortable living in there leave what my legal rights

I had mold in my house the owner had a violation and she had 6 or 8 repairs services no fix til l got it fix last year, I put in House discrimination complaints against both of my landlords , I'm waiting for investigation 6 to 8 weeks
Same here and Lanlord using housing authority as weapon and they are bullying ants harassing me. Even in email. I’m disabled and without heat for 5 years and covered in mold. Shame on these ppl

Retaliation from reporting management is a real fear.

How do you address when the bullying is not witnessed by a staff member?
If reported by a resident member who says they were harrassed or bullied should be investigated
