Thank you for being so honest with your followers about your addiction problems it takes real guts to be open. I can imagine the mental side of dealing with addiction and sobriety is harder than the physical side of getting sober, all of a sudden you are very aware of the pain you’ve caused and having to deal with the reasons for your addiction. I have been a mental health sufferer all my life, I was 32 before I was properly diagnosed. Once I was on the right medication and therapy the only way I can describe it is, I finally became the person I was supposed to be.
Such a good reaction ❤ be proud of yourself for finding yourself. It’s admirable to fight through addiction! You seem like a generous and compassionate man ❤

There is so much.The Ren community is a good place, those who follow Ren are supportive and encouraging.
