I actually did learn in my college psychology class that if you study and then go to sleep, your nerves keep firing with that information and you’re more likely to retain it!!
The week planer is a great idea to organize yourself, especially on a piece of paper because you have literally just one thing to focus on. My advice is to draw your own schedule instead of buying one, you can add categories you need and additionally its cheaper. :-)
