@bringbacksegregation9486 no. My dad had a prelude back in the 90s lmao. He had a 3rd gen. It was his favorite car he ever had. He sorta raised me to love preludes💀 been a fan since I was probably 7🤣🤣
This is why I’ll never sell my prelude as not alot of people know what it is, it’s getting a lot harder to find and its hard to find one not rusted out with low kms. Here in Canada every prelude i see has a lot of rust so Im lucky to have mine rust free 😊
i've been a 4th gen prelude owner for decades, I feel that the preludes would have florished better in the community, if they had more aftermarket support. not just the H22 thats in it,..
Built and boosted civic ex here... Best of all worlds lol jk thanks for the surprisingly good compliment on Honda owners being a good community.. We're just children at heart.. Major Honda enthusiast! But I love most cars in their own right.. race me about it though and I'll never say no! Honda all day for it's points. Cheap reliable and powerful (for the size). Especially tuned properly, IN ANY WAY! Spooly boy, supercharger(not as much😅), NOS, NA ETC. Power to weight ratio is almost always number one.. but spinning ain't winning too. So that's why I have traction control 🤙
for ppreformance, u could just make 3 categories, cornering, top speed, safety or smth or add more things since its very vague what performance means as you said
Integra looks like it has a better Aerodynamic design than civic (eg. the sloping angle of the rear quarter glass, taller rear wing and chiseled front nose). I think Civic is lighter because of less rear glass over the trunk area than the integra( I'm not sure but you can look up curb weight on Google) my friend has an integra 3 gen hatch and he says there more reinforcement in the door jam area for the piller less doors..that could add more weight. The Prelude has a lot of weight compared to the other two and that can affect performance especially if it's not a gutted track car. So that's why Civic and integra are more popular. I helped a friend push one once, a fourth gen SI with a dead battery and you can feel a big difference between its weight and the Civic. I also escorted a friend to purchase and to help him drive his a fifth gen since he didn't drive manual yet( I tought him eventually) the car had lots of torque but felt heavy and very long for a coupe.Ill recommended two fully built ones to give you a idea of how a no compromise one performs 1. there's a red time attack 5th gen think it was Larry Chen who covered it, also the yellow JUN PRELUDE was a top performer back in the day on best motoring/ hot version.
@@pencus1086 everything about a 335i is amazing even if it wasn’t fast to begin with. Yeah the n54 might have its ups and down but I haven’t had any problems with mines and been having it for almost a year 💯 But again it’s usually always personal preference, and we aren’t even talking about what year for the models. Always been into the 08 e92s
@@Konosuballs I'm being bias, the only reason why I even own a n52 is because the e91s didn't came with the n54. But in the near future, I'm looking to do a n54 swap or the m57 from the 335d
Civic and Integra has same underpinnings and even same engine in some cases just different body panels. Some people might not know that in Japan you could get an Integra with a single cam engine similar to the one that we get here in the Civic. And in South Africa they complaind about the lack of torque in The single cam so they ended up getting the non VTEC Integra engine in their civic( B18B something) . Also the other options like rear disc brakes usually swapped from integras and anti-lock brakes were available on the Civic as well so it all boils down to their basically the same car with just a different shape I don't really understand the debate between the two maybe people just prefer the looks of the Integra mechanically is they're the same car.
The prelude is such an amazing car, its my first and only car so I may be bias but, I have been on 5+ hour long drives in it and never once felt uncomfortable, also, i have the SE trim so I have the heated leather seats which is nice. The suspension on the prelude is also the best out of the 3.
Aftermarket for civic and integra is the same.....many of the parts say for civic and integra. It goes with your point that it's the same car( different skin, same underpinnings).
Prelude interior is the best especially the 4th gen ive been inside plenty or civics and a hand full of integras and rsxs the prelude is way more comfortable than all of them love my 5th gen and the prelude community is the best of the 3 many helpful people full of knowledge on these cars and are die hard enthusiasts

Which prelude gen is the best I’m just tryna figure out cause I’m looking at a prelude to get
you would be surprised how comfy a prelude is
Prelude always gonna be my favorite. My first sports car, handles and drives like a dream.
Got my money on the Integra! B18 c5 franken-swap Baby! This was my 20's. You're Killin the Game Mark!
Thanks so much bro happy you enjoyed!

i have civic dx rn and am working on making it a clean daily. i still one day want to own an integra though
I want all of the above tbh
I like this versus series and i am looking forward to see what else is instore
Thanks man I’m excited for it as well

Yes, we can all agree the prelude 97 chassis

I loved this series pls do more of these
All three are perfect with a turbo K24 and AWD setup.

Watching this only to fuel my bias on a 5th gen prelude that I’m looking to buy😂

In Germany the expensive one is the integra and the cheapest ist the prelude 😂
“Credit card meme” I need that prelude

prelude

Gt86 vs Miata vs 350z
350z would have to win that one my friend
wish i could find cars that cheap around me, most are around 6-8k+
Be patient and keep looking!
people around me want 8k for a civic with 13 paint coats with drips , no engine/tans, no wheels, and there auto.
Yeah you just gotta keep looking day after day man
