I blame the crank not the block. Those counter weights are massive!
Any updates on this build? Curious to know what the end result was. Thanks!
I wish but still need heads, pushrods, and intake manifold. Unfortunately life is full of other priorities right now.
@@JR306 Totally understand. Life presents a lot challenges and first things first. Hope you come out ok with whatever you have to deal with. Keep up the good work and keep us posted on the build. Take care and be safe!
If you got the high volume pump, wouldn’t have that taken care of these clearance issues ? Seeing as it’s higher.
Wouldn’t the high volume oil pump clear seeing as it would be taller ?
Holy
Also be careful of piston to CW clearance. Notice to you using HV oil pump. Dart apparently don't recommend HV pumps.
I had to clearance my oil pump on my 427w because the crank would hit the webbing on the oil pump.
Did you create a follow-up video on this build?
No but I can! It’s all buttoned up on the bottom end. Oil pan and everything. Just needs heads, pushrods, and intake.
Where are you located
Hey what kind of oil pan r u going to put on ur motor a how r u going to fasten ur oil pick up to the main cap
Mike Wriska Moroso 20511 with the billet ends is suppose to be a good piece. The 351w studs stick up high enough to attach the pickup.
I'm building a very similar stoker. Mines NA what kind of power numbers are you after with yours.
With the little V3 blower, i'm hoping for 650rwhp on 93 octane. Eventually I would want to go to a Ysi with e85 and see 800+
@@JR306 Why did you choose this block vs other 302/8.2 blocks?
