Happy to see you, Vivian! The sound in this video was low. I really had a hard time hearing you throughout the video, except when you were making the tuna. I could really hear that. But anyway, this video was still great and I really enjoyed it. It helped me to know that I need to get back to getting up early and reading my Bible and spending time with God and praying even if I do not feel like it. As you showed in this video you don't go by your feelings, do what you know is the right thing, the thing that will bring you closer to GOD, which of course is what I want always. Thanks again Vivian I think you're great!

Yesss we don’t walk by feeling we walk by faith and our flesh needs to come under submission to our spirit. One cool thing I learned is the the flesh is trainable! We just have to be disciplined and our spirit has to be strong and fed

7:30 Long time coffee drinker here and what I witnessed here is beyond horrifying.. this is not how you prepare coffee. Real coffee drinkers would never use sugar, milk or flavoring in their coffee. We drink americanos with extra shots of espresso and we would especially never use a microwave. By using creamers you cover up the notes of the coffee removing the bitter taste of it. 😢 You can continue to drink it like that but if you want to elevate your coffee experience I recommend drinking americanos, hot or iced.

Right now I am using 1UP because they were gifted to me. It’s more in the pricy side but I really like dymatize iso100 on Amazon they have really good deals on that one. When I have to purchase my own that’s the one I prefer 😁
