    re: the part starting at 10:07, i feel like you're approaching this weightloss journey with so much admirable maturity! Even though lower calorie food intake is a large part of weightloss, i feel like in your videos it always shines through that food is also fun! It's also there for culture and family connection! Its just a large part of a good life! And I think that's such a valuable thought to have. I've also been circling around one weight for 2 months and it's FRUSTRATING. But you've already accomplished so much! Life currently not being super accommodating to further weightloss doesn't take that accomplishment away! And there will be times in the future where it will become more accommodating again!

    Hey Love, you can still have pizza and be healthy and loose weight. You can make your own at home using lavash bread (low in calories) or using a low carb tortilla and put the same topping you enjoy or reg pizza. Weight loss doesn’t have to be boring. You can do this 🥰❤️ I’m there with you I’ve been struggling with making poor food choices recently. But with trying to make the foods I want healthier I can still be happy and have good results. You got this 💪

    It’s all about calorie deficit; even if you do IF, won’t work if you are not in a deficit 😢..I do IF every day and it helps me with my cravings, etc

    My best tip is to hit your protein goal, it keeps you fuller for longer!

    Holiday season is so hard. I think you should try this again, but do like eat 12p-8p and try to eat low carb like no more than 100g total a day. I know it is hard, but I feel like you will definitely get past the plateau.

    I had thanksgivings and I thought “I probably gain a bunch of weight but that’s fine” i have been the same! Like I literally been the same weight for almost 5 month! I got surgery so my cuts are still hurting since I got sick and all of that! So I can’t really work out :<
    Edit: I keep saying this because my sister doesn’t want me to workout lol 😂 but it’s just hard since I’m stuck and I’ve been eating more fruits but also my bowel movements have been like one week it’s amazing next I don’t use the bathroom…. Lol 😂 so it’s hard! Im trying to do something different but my family we all eat the same things so they know if im trying something new

    Don’t be discouraged! In the beginning with IF you’re detoxifying the sugar in your body. Make sure each meal is at least 600 cal and high in protein and healthy fat. No snacking between meals so that you’re not spiking your blood sugar frequently. This causes insulin resistance which then causes weight gain and makes it impossible to lose weight. Try doing 12/12 first then slowly increase to 16/8… increase by an hour each week

    I don’t think you’re eating the healthy that’s why you’re haven’t lost any weight. Cause you are not cutting down down the bad carbs. I lost 5-6 pounds on my first week of fasting
