Obsessed with all the available beauty things in Korea. It’s so unrealistic to get good quality here in the states for a good price. I’m too scared to get extensions. My hair is so wavy idk if I’d find any that look good. Your hair always looks so silky and healthy. Thank you for sharing this information with us! 🥰💜
This is so cool and looks natural! I’m 6 months postpartum and experienced lots of hair loss. Hair extensions are a great option for postpartum women! Love your videos Adrienne ❤️
i’m re-watching this video since i had a consultation at a salon here in the states and they told me for extensions it would be…$2,100+ :,) which basically solidified my decision to just wait until i’m in korea because it’s absolutely outrageous here ㅠㅠ
Wow they look so natural and amazing, I have been watching your videos for some time now and I wouldn’t have known or guessed cause they have matched the colour so well, thank you for sharing this experience with us, the store looks amazing and the staff sound so incredible and friendly, your so gorgeous inside and out ♥️
I was literally just about to message you on Instagram about this, so this is PERFECT TIMING! I am studying in Busan in the fall and I am on the hunt for place that does hair extensions. I already have them in and will need to find a salon that can adjust and maintain them every 8 weeks. I am really hoping that I do not have to take them out before I go:)
I was a stylist for 10 years, and extensions was where the money was at! I would have a client come in every 4 weeks(her decision) for her roots to be bleached and toned, and her 20" extensions reapplied because she couldn't stand to see or feel any regrowth...easiest $800 every 4 weeks I ever made 🤣 But I will say, the easy part was experience...knowing how to color match and blend isn't something anyone can do, so although it was "easy" for me, it came with a lot of learning background. That is usually why the price can be higher than other salons too. I could talk for hours about extensions 😆
Ive had hair extensions twice? Once for my wedding and once when I got a new job as a fun reward. My hair is so thin so it was really nice having fuller hair, I believe they were glue in both times and I lost hair, I also had problems with them showing pretty quickly as my hair grew out. Yours look amazing and well worth what you're paying.
Your hair looks great! I'm always so jealous of how accessible beauty/ hair care/ etc is in Korea. I moved back to Australia a year ago from the US and am still trying to find a place that doesn't charge me hundreds for a simple basic facial. Though massages and laser are much easier to find and more affordable here than the US...
Your hair looks great! Here in NZ we have micro weave extensions - around $700 to $1000 NZD, however I have had the same hair (re applied very two months approx) for a year and 9 months now, it's only just starting to shed now.
I just love it!! You look so beautiful with your hair like that 😍 I haven’t seen before this king of content. Also about eyelash extension, do they do in Korea? In Brazil it’s so common, but in Korea I only saw they doing Lash lifting.
Wow!! Your hair looks amazing 🤩🤩🤩 those ladies are good and I would say it's defenitely worth it for the price you pay. Here in South Africa it's too expensive to go to a salon and put in extensions so I would say it's not bad and they did a great job! The length and colour is perfect! Hope you are still enjoying your vacation! 🤗❤️
Thank you for sharing! This is super helpful!!! I got a few quotes for hair extensions and they range from $2,000-$5,000 usd. (This is for the San Francisco Bay Area in the US). I’m going to Korea in a month and am definitely going to check this place out (if I can get a reservation). Thanks again for making this video!
Thank you so much 💕 I usually just show a photo of the nails I Want and he does it that way. You can prob show a salon a pic of mine and they’ll do it! It’s like a gradient white
If you need to get a new set every 3-4 months that’s horrible quality hair or you don’t take care of your hair. I got my last new set of extensions in Nov 2021. As I write this, it is August 2024. My hair extensions are still in amazing quality. Maybe it’s really cheap there - mine were $2000 for 250g 26” I pay $50 every 4-6 weeks to get them re-tied. Anyway yeah.. 3 years and still good. If it’s real human hair it should last a good amount of time. You need to not use heat, and wash your hair 1 time per week max. When you wash it you first need to use a really good clarifying shampoo, and then a really good moisturizing shampoo. Then conditioner. Then treatment. If your hair is oily just push through. It WILL change. It WILL get better. I PROMISE. And don’t touch your hair with your fingers a lot and brush it with one of those boar brushes.
I would have never guessed they were extensions, my hair has gotten SO thin because of the water in korea 🚿 I’ll definitely have to consider it as well it looks so natural and shiny on you 😭❤️
Okay so, i’m visiting korea in a few months and i wanted to make an appointment. But i won’t be staying in korea so do you think i can come back to the states and get it re tied here or does the same salon have to do it
Low ponytail - cannot see any extension at all! High ponytail - you can sometimes see but the bands blend pretty well so its not obvious unless you look close! But idc if ppl can see them, i wear high ponytail all the time 😅
So is your real hair braided into the extension? I want to try this but want to make sure that if I use heat I’m not using heat on my own hair but on the extension
Love the hair extensions they really suit you and I think that’s so cheap compared with the UK and US. Would you be able to do a video of like K beauty trends for 2022? I’m really interested but most of the info I find is obviously in Korean and it’s really hard using google translate when there’s so much info.
