@@bylant I've long considered a dual benjo skiff. That idea seems ever appealing since the After Late Benjo allows Music Thing Modular expander modules. That said, I've always been a fan of Benjo + Maths. You're inspiring me all over!
@@polutropos I'm glad the video is inspiring, it was an important goal for me :) For sure, two benjolins can be a powerful combination, especially if one is a v2. It's not easy to imagine how much they could do together (it would open a new world, for sure) but if you really like working with it, I think it's worth buying another one. When I was working with the video I tried to rebuild Benjolin from separate moduls and I was suprised that it was not an easy task. One more argument that an other Benjolin could be useful and space-saving solution to get more complexity.
@@bylant Yep, it is. It is like a form of communication with a living thing. Sometimes i fail to get anything useful out of it, other times i get completely lost in it. It has something to do with the mindset you're in i guess? Btw. your 4. patch: pure poetry!
Hi, thanks for watching. Honestly, I don't remember where PWM and TriangleA was pluged :) but I think those were not relevant (I tried different patches before recording this one, so maybe they were pluged in attenuatros or something)
dammit, i was supposed to be done with VCOs, but I'm a sucker for feedback stuff. They're not even sines, and i still want it! 🤯 edit: after listening, i gotta agree that the results are incredible. It felt like i was listening to an album more than a yt video. But i must admit, that LP filter really adds wayyy too much color to the sound. Glad i listened tho, i almost made an impulse purchase after you described the block diagram 😬 Anyways, back to my 3 Doepfer A-110-4s 🙂
Hi, if you are a sucker for feedback, you should get this, it is a feedback-paradise :) As for the filter, I was bothered at first by the colouration of the sound, but then I got used to it. Now I can't imagine the sound of the module any other way.
Thank you for this video! I got the opportunity to try the Benjolin myself for the very first time. Beautiful module!
Hi, great! This is really an extraordinary module.
Nice to see another one that demonstrates this instrument as an ambient instrument, and not only a chaos module. Good demo :)
Thank you. That's why I love this module: it can be chaotic and/or ambient and/or sequenced... so cool.
A very very good demonstration of the Benjolin - high quality content 👍
Thank you!
Excellent, thank you!
This is most informative demonstration I’ve found on this module. Such an interesting circuit.
Patch 2 was really nice
I think this is the best video about Benjolin module. I am still looking for it. Just to pair it with the Epoch’s Twin Peaks :)
Thank you! Ah, the filter, right? Yes, they would be certainly great pair :)
they were quite literally made to be together
beautiful, just beautiful, the module and the ideas-explanation-exploration!
Thank you!
Amazing patch and love your style of recording video plus your voice is very calming ❤❤
Thank you!
My all time always return to it synth module since 2016 - & this benjo video was lovely.
Thank you! I feel the same way; I return to it from time to time and it always shows me something new. An inexhaustible source of inspiration.

Love it, waterdrops.
Thank you!
I’m not sure why you don’t have more subscribers. This was a great video!
Thanks, I'm glad you like the video. I hope the number of subscribers will grow over time, I'll do my best for that.
Great module! Thanks for video!
Great Stuff! And now back to my own Benjolin...
Time spent with Benjolin is blessing.

Epic video and patching... Gorgeous.
Thank you!
Best benjolin video in the game
Thanks for this but in patch 1, where are the PWM and Triangle A going?
