Peloton is getting better and better. They have now added auto resistance (ERG mode) to powerzone rides. This is a game changer feature. I would love Peloton to do more scenic content though. Another great video Steve, hope you had a great Christmas and Happy New year to you 😊
Quality video again Steve , peloton have done some interesting updates. I like the entertainment update which allows you to watch Netflix with basic cycling data. I still haven’t decided on which treadmill yet 😂
I've owned the bike since May 2022. I've completed 700 plus rides in the period. Icon owns both Proform and Nordic Track that's probably why the bikes are similar. I've replaced the pedals so I can use cleats. I prefer the scenic rides to the studio rides. I purchased my bike for £1250 but now it's available for £999 and some places supply a one year family membership included. The fit and finish of the Proform perhaps are probably a step down from the Peloton and Nordic Track size equivalents. The Proform misses the decline/incline function, fan built into the display unit and the HDMI out. I believe the HDMI out is a bigger miss to be honest.
Hi, was watching your peloton/peloton + comparison video and was wondering if you could confirm whether the plus is longer than the standard bike? I know the website lists them as the same length but does that new bracket for the screen not stick out further? This is a massive consideration for me, as I'm tight for space. Thanks!
Hi Steve, im looking to invest in a bike. Im really struggling to pick between the Proform 22 or Nordictrack 22. Does the incline etc make a big difference? Keeping cost in mind. Many thanks Dave
@stevejulien, can you please offer any advice? I am 6ft 4 and 95kg looking for an indoor bike. Unsure whether to go for an indoor spin like bike or an upright type with emr or smr. Im conscious the resistance also needs to be high enough to offer a challenging workout whilst also being silent when pedalling, thanks for any advice
For really solid resistance I’d look at the NordicTrack S22i, S227i or X24. All essentially the same bike, the X24 Has the latest tablet. If you’re in US, the S27i just got DEEPLY discounted today. 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇲🇽: bit.ly/NordicTrackUS 🇬🇧🇩🇪🇫🇷🇪🇸: bit.ly/NordicTrackEurope 🇦🇺 : bit.ly/NordicTrackAUS
Does it allow you to do airplay or some type of Bluetooth connection to your phone?? I would like to be able to watch other things on the screen as well

HNY to you too Rachel!
Think I might have to get my hands on a Peloton again for some comparison videos!
@@SteveJulien yes, I think you might 🤔 😂😁
100% agree - auto resistance is great, and yes more scenic rides are needed as I hate the whole "studio" spin class programs
@@SteveJulienyes!!
I’ve got the Nordic s22i and boy I wish it had those handlebars.
Great review!

The NordicTrack S22i would be my pick between the two.

Does it also allow for you to use RUclips or screencast to the tablet? I was trying to review the specs online and didn’t see that mentioned
Streaming services coming soon! 😊

That screen i thought it was smaller.i have seen other videos and the screen looks smaller
22 inches. Corner to corner.
Just got this for 20 bucks at a garage sale everything working nothing broken even came with the weights
Will the bike work with zwift?
It's just wrong when a company basically does a one-to-one 90%+ copy of a Peloton bike instead of making it's own style. Super lazy.
