  • 🌍✈️🐱 Join me on a whirlwind adventure across continents as we fly from Manila to Reno, navigating tight connections and switching from economy to premium with China Airlines! This isn't just any travel day-it's a full-blown expedition featuring lounge tours, sprints across airports, and a heartwarming family reunion at the end. 🛄🏃‍♂️💼
🛫🌆 Our journey kicks off in Manila, where we board a China Airlines flight to Taipei. In economy class, we experience the genuine hospitality and comfort that makes long flights enjoyable. Once in Taipei, we elevate our journey by touring various premium and frequent flier lounges, diving into a world of luxury and tranquility amid the travel hustle. 🍜🍹
✈️🇺🇸 Next, we’re off to San Francisco in Premium Economy, enjoying extra comfort and enhanced service. The real challenge begins when we land-a mad dash through SFO to catch our tight connection to Reno. Sprint with me through the terminals and feel the rush of barely making a flight! 🏃‍♂️🕒
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐈 Finally, the best part: arriving in Reno to be reunited with Sherry Ann, the kids, and our adorable cats, Mimo and Ming Ming. There's nothing like the feeling of coming home to purring pets after a taxing journey. This reunion makes all the hectic travel worth it! ❤️🏠
📹🌍 Whether you're a frequent flyer, a pet lover, or someone who enjoys a good travel story, this video has something for you. From the highs of luxury lounges to the lows of tight connections and the ultimate joy of family reunion, it’s a trip you won't want to miss. So buckle up, and let’s take off on this memorable journey together! 🌟🔔

Were you using priority pass to access these lounges?

It depends on the lounge. For Plaza Premium lounges, definitely use Priority Pass. For the China Airlines lounge, my Morning Calm Premium status on Korean Airlines gives me Skyteam Elite Plus status on all Skyteam airlines. This includes benefits like priority reservation waitlist, preferred seating, priority check-in counters, priority boarding, extra baggage allowance, guaranteed full-fare Y-class reservation on sold-out long-haul flights (at least 24 hours prior), lounge access worldwide regardless of travel class with a guest, and priority baggage handling. So, even though I was flying Premium Economy, I received China Airlines lounge invitations at check-in.
