Basically, there are two main types of foreign RUclipsrs active in Japan: those who work in Japanese and those who work in English.
Several American couples are also active on RUclips in English. Some of them have children attending Japanese schools.

they picked up a few strikes and this was at the beginning of their channel so they weren't that knowledgeable at the rules and how to edit so they started uploading on different sites
