It could be coming from any one of their storage facilities throughout the world . Out of country or globally shipped items should be marked as such & listed completely separate or differently. How they do it when they have a enough orders they ship it all together not one package shipped on its own shipping is a scam now

Goat sold me some kicks and one shoe was way different from the other. One looked brand new and the other one’s material was crappy looking. Looked like two different qualities of sneaker. They made me take pictures and everything only to tell me after everything there is nothing they can do or will do. I over paid for these sneakers big time also because they were still in stores. That was my fault over paying for them but still. 👎🏻
