Oh, quick note: try to have any given character carry 3 or fewer items. If an enemy drops and item, they can't get it it their inventory is full. Those items may end up in "Deals" though, but neither is a 100% chance
@@AlexIsgAEming true dat. Some runs I've used Power Water and Power Ring on Chester to make him viable 😁😁😁 At least something as simple as that can make a huge difference and allow your favorite people a spot easily
I think I recall you saying you already played Shining Force 1? If you did, in order to keep these as blind, you should run a poll to either play Shining Force 1 (replay or Shining Force 1 GBA remake (blind). They have big time differences and GBA fixed all the quality of life issues. Imo its hard to go from SF2 to SF1 because of the inventory system. I love the GBA remake, except the new portrait art sucks!! lol
I have not! I may have dabbled in it slightly like 27 years ago but that would be it. Whenever this wraps, the poll for the next retro RPG will include SF1, along with some other blind titles.
Most of the permanent stat boosters will range 1-4. A lot of people will just save scum to get the 4. This game and Dragon Quest have this dumb mechanic with these items The Running Pimiento is a flat 2

power and defense milk are 2-4 points. You maybe want equip goddes staff to karna :D

Keep in mind you can keep a lance and a spear on your knight. Just swap weapons in battle as needed

@AlexIsgAEming I also agree that the GBA remake is superior to the OG especially for the QoL features and giving you more maps to play
