- What's the right concrete repair products for structural cracks? Repairing structural cracks on concrete slabs can be tricky as this type of damage affects the integrity of the entire structure.
Structural cracks occur due to poor construction practices, overloading, or poor soil bearing. Delaying the concrete repairs for these cracks can be both expensive and dangerous. The process of repairing concrete cracks on slabs can be complicated as you need to consider many factors, such as gauging the depth of concrete damage, the right cut to use, and most importantly, the products and methods for repairing concrete structural cracks.
Suitable method for concrete crack repair can be selected based on evaluation of the crack in structure for its causes. Once the cause is known and type of crack is established, then suitable method can be selected.
If the cracking was primarily due to drying shrinkage, then it is likely that after a period of time the cracks will stabilize. On the other hand, if the cracks are due to a continuing foundation settlement, repair will be of no use until the settlement problem is corrected. As for structural crack repair, the damage has to be diagnosed and addressed immediately to prevent the damage from aggravating.
Fortunately, there's a cheaper and faster solution to repair concrete structural cracks, which prevents expensive and complicated problems from happening, which ultimately keeps your structure safe and sound again.

Hi sir we did roofdeck slab waterproofing wd powerplug and powermix twice already but the crack persisted and water leaks continues since our house is loc 2 meters above the roadside so when heavy trucks passed by there is a vibration that might have cause constant movement of the crack kindly advise what to do it worries me a lot..

Why use expensive copper tubes when aluminum tubes are so much cheaper? Ano ba yan?
@@cochinaable I think the reason for that is copper has 40% higher tensile strength than aluminum (@ 32,000 psi). Plus its buried under the concrete at 1in deep along with the structural epoxy with tensile strength of 6,000 psi.
