Rebecca. I was just 13-14 year old. But already a fan. My mum regretting getting me the live album. He was calm. He opened a tiny suitcase, like the children use. Took out a bottle of Southern Comfort. Took a sip, and put it back. The y took a private boat to Bergen, for a concert.
My dad used to be a fan even before they were big and saw them play in a small folk club where they were so loud they cracked all the windows in the place(he also met him about 6 or 7 times in various bars)

He’s now a 23 yrs. old (almost 24), a college graduate, a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force, and owns his own home so he doesn’t live with me now😥but the show is still on and we STILL talk about the episodes with each other. Ain't no nice guy after all, is an odd ballad. In so far as there are 2 different versions by 2 different rock and roll legends, ozzy and motorhead. The odd part is that ozzy sings the song on the motorhead album "March or die". And Lemmy sings it on one of ozzy's albums, sadly I do not know which album.
Lemmy was an atheist and often made the point that we don't need God to be good people. Too many people use the idea of God to prop up their own prejudices or sell you bullshit. Does God exist? I don't know, and God isn't talking no matter what preachers, priests, imams, and whoever else says. Don't let fear of some supernatural punishment make you a better person, because that is false. You aren't really a good person then, just a gullible one. Be a good person because it's a better choice. Any person with basic reasoning can figure out what's right from what's wrong and use that as a perfectly good guide to live a good life as a decent person. Too many so-called "good Christians" in America will screw you over every day of the week and twice on Sundays while claiming that God will forgive them. Lemmy was calling them out on their hypocrisy.

I'm one of those folks that looked it up after Supernatural too...I heard it and was like that's Lemmy dude! Such an awesome song and so damn fitting for the finale scene. The sound of Lemmy's frustration, desperation, and disappointment translated perfectly to that episode. Pres, if you're curious about what people are talking about, Supernatural is on Netflix. It would be the last episode of season 14. That show has THE BEST music, hands down dude. And it's a show that men enjoy too. I may have gotten a couple ex-bfs obsessed with it haha

It's an interesting observation in this song. All people of faith believe that "God" will save them and that's fine when it works to their personal advantage or to the advantage of their cause. Faith creates an environment of closed-mindedness that hinders progress to the betterment of humanity. That doesn't mean those of faith are inherently bad, but it does mean that they impede any proposed solutions that don't exactly align with their faith. This song elaborate that quite well.

Is he blind?” He’s being facetious insinuating that if god did exist then he would intervene with all of the false prophets and preachers that prey on the poor and desperate for their tithes. At least that’s how I interpret the song.
