Zhezhi will show up after you finish the main questline, a little near Calcharo! I'm not sure if she stays after, but you can get pictures after talking to her :)

@@Kaito.S.Natsumi to unlock Jiyan you need to have completed act 6 of the main story and at minium started his companion quest, at least just the first cut scene when it starts and then you can dip back to the fair, after that you go back to the moonlit fair and build the Swim, Gulpuff, Swim stall However I still haven't found Aalto, which saddens me he's one of my faves, but I honestly am starting to think he's not here.
I’m trying to do jiyan companion quest but it says unavailable because he’s in moon chasing festival. I finished everything in the moon chasing. Anyone know where his location is?
@@lulu_________ The only thing I can think of is that you might be blocked by the companion quest because you haven't unlocked his stall. If already done then sounds like a bug.

I've done the main quest, and unlocked all stalls and yet Jiyan still avoids me
