    You are so kind to make this for your mom!
    a steam juicer makes easy work of making homemade cranberry juice! So, so easy and fast! You can also add apples or any other fruit you like with cranberries. The left over berries have enough flavor to make jam, fruit strips or roll-ups using a bit of stevia for sweetener. Feeding the left-overs to the chickens works as well, ☺️☺️! Thank you for the video!

    Most beautiful voice, I can listen to you all day long.
    I just love the way you make it, I will definitely make mine exactly like this, rather than putting the berries in the jars the way the others did, it's not wrong, but I rather doing it you way. Thank you for your knowledge and wisdom in this process. Beautifully done. Blessings from my heart

    What I liked about your video compared to others they just dumped in their berries instead of sorting and washing before dumping in the pot!!! Thank you and God Bless

    I love this video. It is so nice seeing juice being made without a juice steamer. Thanks so much... I will be trying this!!! I constantly am scouring discount produce stores. I am going to get some for dirt cheap and make lots of this. You are right about the sweetener... it can be added later. Cranberry is acidic enough it will store well. Thanks so much. :)

      Yes, this recipe came out of a Ball canning book, so I believe that it is safe without any added sugar. Thank you for watching!

    Does anyone know what type of stand was used to put over the pot and strain the cranberries, and where it can be purchased? I have tea towels but would love to get a stand to hold it over the pot. Most videos show them hanging the tea towels from the cabinets. Thank you for such an informative video.

    Beautiful, I too made some two weeks ago, for a homemade uti natural soap. The soap came out beautifully and works well. My only question is how long can I store the juice in my jars?

    • @VickiesCountryHome
      @VickiesCountryHome  6 лет назад

      I believe that the canning jar lid companies would say 18 months. I would feel comfortable using this at least 2 years, especially if you follow strict canning guidelines, but I encourage you to do your research and make your own decision.

    • @VickiesCountryHome
      @VickiesCountryHome  6 лет назад

      You know, I'm not sure. My mother would drink it for UTI's, and I know some people that drink it for anything like that, but I would suggest researching it, and maybe just try it. I'm not sure that it would be harmful in any way.

      Actually. Not. Jam. And yes, there is such a thing as juice. Not sure where you are located, but in the United States, it is available pretty much anywhere you shop. This is juice only. Not thickened. Please go troll someone else.

    • @VickiesCountryHome

      I gave them to the chickens. You could also add to the compost. I'm not sure if they would be good for anything else.
