- In this video, we show you our embarkation day on the Carnival Sunrise! It was kind of chaotic this go around. I don't know if it was because it was April, or the fact it was Miami! There were so many people. We had a great time though as usual. The sail away from Miami is always a great time! We hope you enjoy!! Thank you for watching!!

We sailed on Carnival Triumph back in 2011 and 2016. We will have to try the Sunrise. Will agree on the Miami traffic. We sailed on Liberty of the Seas in Fort Lauderdale in April. But first we drove down to KeyWest and back to Fort Lauderdale. Our goal was to drive around Miami when we came back but we were not paying attention. So, it was like driving in the game grand theft auto. My wife was freaking. Probably be the last time my wife offers to drive. Oh, and yes, we remember standing in lines during muster drill. Like you said, there were multiple lines. Thanks for the video.

Crazy being only 1 ship in Miami. We have had 2 great cruises on Sunrise. The inaugural 4 day from NYC and then an 8 day a few months later in 2019. We really liked the ship and all the changes..
