- This video is to help anyone who wants to know how to breed Perfect IV Pokémon on Minecrafts Pixelmon mod! holy shit, this was so helpful. I was like, no way, 30 minutes, tf? But jesus it is a much more involved process than I thought, there was no excess fluff or advertisements or screaming, it was just a nice simple video. I've never IV breeded before but wanted to try it in pixelmon, thank you so much!

I got a perfect HP Male eevee and somoene luckly traded me a Female eevee with all other perfect stats beside HP
Now i breed them with Power Weight on Male and Destiny Knot On Feamel and i got 100% IVs Eevee in 40 mins

So if you got a 100% ditto you could give it destiny knot and breed with anything with right nature?
Yes absolutely! If you breed 2 different ditto together they will give you a random pokemon that will have 4-5 perfect IVs also!
@Mister Junior if both female and male have 100% Ivs can I put 2 destiny knots to increase my chance of 100% baby or it doesn't matter?
So normally only 3 stats would be passed down from the parents but a destiny knots passes down 5 stats between the parents and the 5 ivs passed down doesn't stack with 2 destiny knots unfortunately
If I’m just working for a 5 ivs and i have perf hp, speed and attack. And a perf def and special def, both with perf natures. What do i put the destiny knot and everstone on?

The Everstone you put on the parent that has the nature you want to bring down, then you can put the destiny knot on the remaining parent!

@@opscammer1681 It's not guaranteed that every egg will have 5 stats from the parents. With the destiny knot you can get UP to 5 IVs from the parents

@@opscammer1681 Unfortunately, it's all random. There are no guaranteed stats that are passed down unless you use a power item. A power item GUARANTEES that specific stat will he passed down but also has another chance up to two more of that parents stats will be passed down. (if you aren't using a destiny knot) Destiny know just opens up the chances of passing down more of the parents IVs
This video helped me out a lot but I was wondering if it is possible to randomly get a hidden ability that neither of the parents have
For example is it possible to obtain a gliscar with poison heal hidden randomly through breeding
No sir, if there is no hidden ability on the parent then there is no chance it will randomly appear on the child
Is the ranch block same as the daycare? I'm breeding mons on a server rn but the block and UI looks different
It should work the same, you would just put them in the daycare instead of the ranch blocks but I didn't know they added daycare into the game so I'll have to update a video soon!
Hey I’m having trouble breeding in a private pixelmon server with a friend of mine. I’m trying to breed two horsea’s but whenever I place the two Pokémon in the day care and enter the needed items (scutes , water bucks , fresh waters) the actual timer for an egg never goes down! No progress is ever made after 15-20 minutes later. But as soon as I traded away the two horseas’s to my friend so he can try it worked for him. He made me an admin as well because we thought that was the problem it wasn’t. We looked through every single config in the server and the closest thing we found was one called allow-breeding and it says “whether or not the day care can be crafted and used” but that is set that true. I also technically did not buy the daycare machine I just straight up took it from a village instead of paying the 25k maybe that might be it? Or maybe it’s a visual glitch In the server? Because I tried it in a regular solo world and it worked perfectly for me. Any tips? .
Check out the settings on "pixelmonmod.com/wiki/Config" in the breeding section. Try to have the settings reset just in case there was some error that occurred.
How come when I breed the egg somehow gets a low iv like an 8 on hp but both parents have above 25 hp Iv?
The IV's are random, you can breed 2 perfect IV pokemon and still get a pokemon with all bad stats unless you use items that guarantee a good stat is passed down
what if you dont need like Special attack do you still include in or not ?
You don't have to, but if you're trying to get a 100% I would so that you don't have to rely on the complete random chance of one of its stats
how do u know if they have like special attack and that
You can use commands to figure out which stats they have like /ivs (slot of pokemon)

It will be completely random
i breed a male tyranitar with 100 ivs and a female tyranitar with 91 ivs and got a egg with 71 ivs is that meant to happen? non of them were holding a item
So, the problem is if none of them are holding an item then the most possible combinations of perfect IV's you bring down is 3, that does NOT mean it WILL be 3 its just the most that could be brought down with no items. With a destiny knot the possible IV's that can be brought down change from 3 to 5, again that's not guaranteed, it's a CHANCE to bring up to 5 IV's chosen randomly between the 2 parents
Couldn’t you have put the destiny knot on the 5iv and the SpAtk item on the other parent to get the 6 iv?
Unfortunately not. Normally only 3 stats are passed down but the power items guarantee that out of the 3 stats passed down the corresponding power item brings that stat down. A destiny knot opens it up and allows you to bring down 5 stats from the parents and if you use a power item with it, then it's just guaranteeing that of the 5 stats passed down the power item will bring that specific stat down!
I reply there because I still don't understand a thing, if i give a power item to a pokemon, let's say the father with 31 on HP (pure example), and i breed him with a mother that's has 31 IV everywhere but HP, and i give the destiny knot to the mother, because I gave the hp power item to the father i know the egg will have 31 hp, and because I gave the destiny knot to the mother 5 IVs will be passed, but because I forced the hp ivs to pass this should mean that the other IVs brought to the egg by the mother will be all the other ones but not hp, because I know the father will give them, so why the egg won't necessarily be 6x31 IVs? I mean ho from the father, 5 randoms that are all perfect from the mother, but not so random because I already forced the hps, this means that the IVs that pass are all the other 5. Why it doesn't work like that?
@MarkZuck 420 Only 5 IVs can be passed down at the most and that's by using a Destiny Knot. If you use a destiny knot then the parents will pass on 5 of their ivs down to their egg so if you use a power item on the father it just guarantees that one of the stats being passed down are whatever power item you are using. What I mean is if you use a power item it will pass down that one iv for sure and choose 4 random others
Curious on why you used both all but spatk parents?
Did you go for a random 31 SpAtk?
@@jqyqr I used All But SpAtk Parents because Smeargle doesn't need SpAtk for his moves since he is Physical. So having a parent with Hp, Atk, Def, SpDef, and Speed is what is called "Battle Perfect" and the only reason you would want to get a SpAtk stat included is to have the bragging rights of having a 100% So with having the All But SpAtk parents, you're not losing the stats you would want to keep for him but only leaving the opportunity to gain what you're missing

Unfortunately this is old and there is no way to use Ranch Blocks anymore, but I will making a video very soon about the new method!

So basically after you get 31 IVs in 2 stats you basically just use dknot and hope for the best?
Parents will only pass down UP TO 3 of the 12 IVs they have, so when you use destiny knot it makes it so that the parent can pass down UP TO 5 of the 12 IVs instead

Is this better than using a goldden bottlecap? I really cant find much info on it. is it a permanent upgrade to its IVs?
Golden bottle caps are good if you only care about 1 perfect pokemon where as breeding you can get infinite

instead of doing the actual names of the stat i would just use ~ and - to show what stats were perfect and what wasnt

I know this is suppppper late, but what do I do in the case of breeding Rotoms? (theyre genderless and cannot be bred with eachother)
You can only breed Rotom with Ditto. Breed them until you can get a baby with a perfect IV, then swap the baby for the parent so the new perfect IV is in the pool to be passed down and keep breeding until another IV becomes perfect and pray you get lucky as you continue that process

@@kiyotsuna7657 keep breeding that rotom with ditto until you get a rotom with Perf Hp, Speed and another IV then swap it out for the parent and keep doing that

@@kiyotsuna7657 you would put a destiny knot on the rotom. Although it doesn't guarantee any specific stat will be passed down, you would have a chance to pass down 5 IVs from the 2 parents rather than 3 possible ones. It's all going to be luck based

Well I also used a bunch of hourglass to speed up the time it would take me so I can teach everyone how go breed their own. How long it takes is purely based on luck

You cannot breed a Ditto with a Ditto if that's what you mean. But if you have a 100% Ditto it will work the same as any other 100% Pokémon

how do i breed 1 iv missing like if a pokemon perf iv is 31/31/31/0/31/31 how i breed it?
Watch the video! You would catch a bunch of Pokémon until you have one for each stat you need. Breed Hp with attack until you get one with Hp and Attack, then breed that with one until you get one with Hp Atk and Def. Breed Speed and SpDef together for a pokemon that has Spd and SpDef then Breed the Hp Atk Def with SpDef and Spd until you get one with all 5 IVs

so when I get all 5 ivs on a pokemon, I just need to put destiny knot on it, and then find the pokemon who has the missing stat and give its item so that it will pass and I'll get a Perfect IVS Pokemon at 100%?@@ItsMisterJunior

This is really infuriating me. Since the day care block update it’s been much more tedious to breed because it takes longer but the really infuriating part isn’t even that. It’s that when I use the destiny I am NOT getting ANY perfect stats from it. I’m only getting the stats from the bracers
When using a destiny knot its completely random, its not a guarantee that 5 IVs of the parents 12 will be passed down, its a possibility that up to 5 of the stats could be passed down from the 12 parent stats
One thing i don't understand is destiny knot, if you breed a mother with 5 perf IVs and destiny knot, with a father having the missing ivs with the respective power brave, why you cannot be sure u will get a 100% ivs? I mean you forced the passage of perfect HP, plus 5 ivs from the mother (and you know she will never pass the hp because the father will forcedly pass them), you should get perf Hp from the father + 5 random ivs from the mother, but no hp because the egg will have the father's ones, this means you should by force have 31 on HP + 31 on the other 5
You would think it would work like that, but unfortunately it doesn't. They don't want it to be that easy to get 100% ivs

Hi! I know its kinda late, but what i need to do if i wanna 100% IV pokemon that can only be female? Like chansey for example. Chansey can only be female and i forced to breed her with male pokemon in different species in fairy egg group.
I would use Clefairy to breed a 100% and then when you have a good clefairy, swap out the female clefairy for chansey and only upgrade the chansey when you have a better one

Yes but it's no different than a wild encounter. UNLESS you have one pokemon from a different trainer breeding with your pokemon, it increased shiny odds. I out of 4,096 for normal odds, but with different original trainers it becomes a 1 out of 1,365!

Can you help me . U breed 1 shroomish 90 ivs(lack health) with an breloom 91ivs ( lack sp.atk) with the suitable power item you know.... But the ivs of egg were 56 with 0 sp.atk ivs 😭 now I have trust issues also .help me
What stat are you moving down and what power item was it
@@ItsMisterJunior as I wrote that one lack health ivs and other lack so.atk so it is obvious that I use power lense on health one and power on the other 😐. And I am confuse the neither of them had 0 sp.atk but the egg had 0 sp.atk ivs .( I think my breloom cheated on my shroomish 😭with my low ivs shroomish 😭 sh is a cheater )
@@ShinyRat if you are using the power lense thats going to bring the bad stats to the baby. You want to use the power items to the stats that are good go bring it down

Yeah, he got lucky. That could have taken a bit
So what actually happens is that when Pokémon breed they can pass down 3 total IVs from the parents! The power items guarantee that you will pass down the stats of the power item you place on them, otherwise you have to let them breed and hope you get lucky that one of the 3 stats they pass down are the ones you need which is what happened to me!

Maybe someone knows what the problem is? I can't get regional forms through breeading on version 9.0.6. Regardless of whether the parents are alolan/galar, and the presence of everstone, original forms are born from the egg.
When breeding Regional Form Pokémon, the offspring will always be the default non-regional form of that Pokémon, unless a parent with a Regional Form is holding an everstone, in which case the form of the parent holding the everstone will be taken. The following information is current as of version 9.0.7.

I find it funny that inbreeding make pokemon much better than in reality would make some abominations.
In real life it actually causes mutations also, but realistically they are deformities!

You just have to breed 2 BP and hope that the 6th stat randomizes to 31 or if you don't care about the nature you can do one Pokémon with a Destiny knot that passes down 5 IVs and then a power item on your other Pokémon which guarantees you pass down that stat which would be a 1/12 chance to get a 100% with a random nature!
@@ItsMisterJunior is not easier to chase de 100% them breed it with a another pokemon with 5 status but with the nature, so its easier to get the 100 since you already have one ?
@Gabriel almeida The best way to guarantee another 100% IV pokemon is by breeding one that is 100% and another that has 5 perfect IVs. If you were to breed those 2 then you have at least 5 guaranteed perfect stats being passed down, where if you have 2 pokemon with 5 perfect ivs each, you run the risk of having 2 potential stats not being perfect
Yknow, at least being in hell would make a good story, Breeding sucks ass
But in the end, you have the strongest Pokémon!
