Nice test video! I love watching views during motorcycle rides, and I personally find the added information a bit distracting. For me, they take away from the experience rather than enhance it. Still, it's a cool feature for those who enjoy having more data. Happy Birthday, by the way! 🎉
Thanks! Most of the responses have been positive but I do understand about the distraction. I suspect that I will end up adding the data to some parts of a video and not others depending on the conditions and scenic beauty.
Silly me … I was thinking Telemetry was when you could talk to dead people😂, but this is way cool too. I’m not sure how it’s done but I like it. Great job Rob.
Thanks Dave. Insta360 offers a remote control for my One RS camera. (Now obsolete and replaced by the ACE.) This remote has built in GPS which adds all the data to your recording. You have to download and activate the data in your Insta360 app and can then turn it on and off as desired. It is a fun gift I bought for myself for my 70th birthday today.
Thanks! Given my technical skills, it is clear that it is easy to use and add to the video. It does take a bit of time on my unsophisticated computer to do the extra editing but I think it is worth it. I suppose that the next step will be to add a 360 camera but I am not ready for that yet.
Add the “find the hamburger” option Rob, and I’m all over it. That’s a great addition to any ride video, well done!
Thanks Joe! Now I just need to get out and ride.
Very cool Rob, I think it really adds to the video. The elevation if very interesting to see. Great work
Dino
Thanks Dino. The response has been mostly positive and so I believe I will add the data in my next few videos at least.

No worries, that sounds like a solid plan.
Rob!!! Pretty cool gadget 👌and interesting to see the elevation gain in real time.
Thanks Rick! I think that I will include the data for a while at least.

@@ParallelCamper Happy 70th birthday Rob. Thats pretty cool. I’m not far behind you.
😂
It was cool to see your speed as well as the elevation climb. Great gadget!
Welcome to the 70s 🎂🎉🎂
@@debbiesimpson7757 Thanks Debbie!
Thats pretty cool. I have always wanted to try and incorporate something like that myself.

@@ParallelCamper Oh yeah I hear you. I like the idea of a 360 camera but I just don't think I'm ready for that kind of work. LOL
