When I hear most people playing the guitar, it inspires me to continue playing... When I hear this dude playing, I want to take my guitar and toss it into the fireplace.
yeah cuz he played the guitar since he was a lil kid. learning instruments at that young of an age basically turns it into like their own native language, everyone can speak fluently in their native language and playing the guitar is his native language.
I think what the guy said about tossing his guitar into the fire place is a compliment. This kid playing is amazing. It puts us old timers to shame. So ya watching a teenager or early twenties person play that amazing just makes us wanna toss ours out the window cause we have been playing since he was a sparkle in his moms eye. Yet we can't old a match to such raw talent. Keep it up. You got skills so dont waste them do what ya love.

I'm 35. You tube has changed me. I used to always get caught up in this game of this person is better or this person is better. Someone will always be better. Guitar is for me now. I'm not great but I have fun doing something that is for me. Something else that no one can have. Its mine. Thank you you tube. I now play my guitar more than I ever have. Kudos to such a talent. I really enjoy his fingerstyle arrangements.
some guitarists can be very good at doing tutorial video as well, some others cannot. I think Sungha isn't the type of tutorial guitarist. Therefore he should just give us mind-blowing performances but not tutorial video. Actually his video playing original tune "Rainy Day" (guitar ver) is recorded from near distance. He even plays quite slowly too, so I think we should think that's a tutorial video from him :)))
