Sir it was nice session... and I understood everything.... 😊 But I have a doubt 😅.... sir , if we will start running in a circular motion , then our displacement will be 0 . but we used energy and do also work . will it be zero ?
When we perform a circular motion, There always act's a centripetal force towards the centre of the circular path, which is always perpendicular to the displacement of the body (Tangent)performing circular motion. SINCE, Displacement of the body is perpendicular to the Centripetal force(Eg.Gravity). Hence, θ(Angle between force and displacement) =90° From the formula of Work Done, [W = F.s×cosθ] =>W=F.s×cos90° =>W=F.s×0 =>W=0 Hence, Work done during a circular motion is zero.
@@user-os9vc2re8iHey your explanation crystal clear can you solve my doubt too.. energy and work is numerically same. When a object is at rest and it posses 50J (potential energy) but the work is 0. Is potential energy an exception? Also does the state of object affect the change of energy or work?
But Vertical displacement in the same case is [m g h]. Imagine , if we lifts and put a box from the ground (at 0° angle b/w Force and Displacement)and put on a wall. Work = F. Scosθ = (mg)h.cos0° =mgh.1 [cos0°=1] Therefore, Work done vertically is mgh in this case.

Work and energy are not same actually according to work energy theorem work done is equal to change in kinetic energy and we cannot define potential energy at ground therfore we assume it as zero at ground level and the formula mgh is not the value of potential energy it is the change in potential energy . When a object is raised up against gravity it do some work and therefore the work done is stored in the object as potential energy

Yes

=>W=0
Hence, Work done during a circular motion is zero.

Sure, When we carry any object the potential energy is mgh while the horizontal work is zero since the body isn't displacing from its position.
But Vertical displacement in the same case is [m g h].
Imagine , if we lifts and put a box from the ground (at 0° angle b/w Force and Displacement)and put on a wall.
Work = F. Scosθ
= (mg)h.cos0°
=mgh.1 [cos0°=1]
Therefore, Work done vertically is mgh in this case.
Sir, I did not understand the explanation of the calculation in the roller coaster part. Can you please explain it in more detail?

Much appreciation sir.
Sir I enjoyed the session very much and I understood all the concept
Thank you Byju's team for this concept bites😊😊😊😊
I have bite many concepts!!!
Supper👌👌 explanation 👌👌
Sir please share us the link of work and energy one shot
can you please solve my doubt.. energy and work is numerically same. When a object is at rest and it posses 50J (potential energy) but the work is 0. Is potential energy an exception? Also does the state of object affect the change of energy or work?
Sir I have a doubt, when a pendulum is moving it stops slowly right. So, where does that energy which pendulum has will go. In which form of energy?
Potential Energy
Sounds quality is very low ????
I can't understand at max volume...???
Thank you sir
