went here years ago, in the 90's for about 4 years only saw gardner stone and the general one time though at the july pulling event, always wanted to see art and dusty arfonse never did, he was such a ledgend in auto sports, loved the sound of the turbines and the fire display, got out of it in 1998 and about 2019 watched dirt track racing from jacksonvill being streamed and the bug bit me to watch auto sports again and been to races the last two years since covid even went to the maiden run at circle city in indianapolous for opening night with the all start circuit of champions 410 winged sprints and three quarter midgets and happened to fall on tony stewards 50th birthday
Great story. I have been fortunate enough to see all the greats from Turbine powered pullers over the years.
