I would like to know if the fish survives long term. Venting helps get him down, but then what, how long before that hole heals so it can pressurize again as needed?
This is fantastic! I have a large Oranda fish with swim bladder causing him to lose balance, and nose dip then spin upside down, do you think it would be worth trying?
@@korgan97 yes and it worked but a few months later he got it again and he was too far gone so had to euthanize him using the 100% Clove oil treatment. Broke my heart.
*my friend fell in the ocean and when we tried to pull him out his eyes and stomach popped out so we needed a quick tutorial thanks*
Bro wtf
I can relate. Very useful video
😂😂😂😂
Hey man - thanks again for pulling me out.
Best video out there on this. Short and exact. Excellent.

@@renegade7625 Wow incredible how it worked!
Ahh so sorry ❤
Is it a guarantee they'll live since their swim bladder has now been punctured? Imagine driving on a punctured tire.
Where did you get the venting tool?
It's a large gauge hypodermic needle something like an 18 gauge at least it seems.
Wow! How do you know where these sick fish are in the ocean?🤯
lol
They arent sick.. its their swim bladder coming out their mouth from being brought to the surface too fast.
Hi i had a fish japanese koi she is going gas bubble disease what can i do?
So their eyes popped back into their heads and your consciences decompressed?
Do you vent the eyeballs also
No
ya'll should take this video down; this is not safe for the fish. it's easier and safer to use a fish descender.
if you dont have that set up or the weights to do it with then the video serves a purpose
Simple dimple, just keep the fish
Yes, I kept a sturgeon, a grouper, a paddlefish, and mekong catfish without a problem. No DNR caught me yet
@@thenobleone6255 I'm not getting my boat seized over an undersized fish💀
I totally agree!
