I think you can still create helpful Notion templates and use them as part of the process, potentially selling to both independent coaches and people in the community.
This was a fascinating watch. Love the transparency from Tiago. But, Looking at your business like this just in terms of money, it’s so american, capitalistic, transactional and lack of passion. Tiago, you are better than this, you have done a great job so far, don’t fall into this trap.
If you delegate work, you have more time to de the things that are really important (workwise) for you and your company. In the start you will spend more money, but for make more money you have to spend more. Obviously if you want to grow.

Or, get someone else to be the CEO/business person so you can get back to the core of your passion, the ideas. You don't want to be running a business, do you?
I love both of you but I have lost a lot of respect for you both based on this. It's disappointing. I expect more for the two of you. The business growth mentality that you discussed is typical big corporate America mentality. "What do we have to do to become a $100M or $1B or $10B company?" That's the WRONG ques! That question leads you to build products for the sake of sales. It clouds your judgement because you then think in terms of having something to sell and how many of these do I have to sell to reach my growth goal. It becomes all about sales INSTEAD of building products or services that SOLVE PROBLEMS for people. FOCUS on solving problems for people and you won't have to worry about sales. The sales just follow. Just my two cents.
