Ok Aussie here, roads look reasonable , those condos look reasonable but boarded up. The sun is shining and the palm trees look upset. Why is El Paso like this ? Thanks for the insight, the video is very good.
The first building looks like that because ita housing for people in poverty. It's boarded up because the city is going to remodel it but because of the pandemic it was delayed. If you see when he leaving those apartments you some other that were remodeled like 4 years ago. El paso is one of theos safest cities of USA.
The reason why the palm trees are dead looking is because over Valentine’s Day weekend we had arctic outbreak over here along with the rest of Texas. The city was below freezing for about three days straight and the nights dipped down to around 15 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 10 degrees Celsius) Not to worry though, they are starting to regrow their new leaves and should be green again by summer.
Wow I never thought my city would pop up on here. You gotta do the devils triangle in the northeast. That area used to/still kinda is one of the worst spots in town. By Dyer and Highway 54.
the first 2 minutes; why it's empty and boarded up? these houses look rather new on Google Street view it looks people were living there just fine until recently
This video is stupid!! I used to live in Saint Vrain street, right in the smack middle of second ward and people are very peaceful. There's a really good community.
I know Texas LE works hard to keep everything at an even keel. And when the sun goes down in every city everything starts to move around. Man, I’ll be honest the entire area looks like an abandoned military base that was given to the public. Especially the very first scene. The apartment complex looks like military housing that was boarded up. How sad when president Clinton closed all those bases down to balance the budget when he was in office. Texas and California were the worst states to get hit and they never recovered! How terrible. But it’s history now. Our budget is back were it started. Messed up! God help us!
For us that are locals...te mamaste going to the abandoned salazar housing projects homie...now there is no bad neighborhoods in chuco town homie...and YOU know that...so stop selling that bruh. Gtfo with this BS.

El paso did not get affected by that. Trust me there's a lot of dead trees here. That's because of the dry heat. We're not humid like the rest of texas.
I live in phoenix which is hotter and dryer and the palm trees here stay lush,it may have to do with the dirt or tiny micro bugs that deprive them of nutrition.
Apr. 15, 2021: Dude, I moved here to El Paso in 2015. You didn't film any of the real hoods here in town at all. You didn't show footage of ANYTHING on Dyer, Montana or Mesa. Those are the three "Main Drag" streets here that are each miles long and for some reason you just showed the shut down and boarded up old projects that are close to downtown and in the northeast. No one has lived there in the last couple years but again those are projects and not regular neighborhoods. Why didn't you get footage of the world class graffitti literally walking distance from the first set of boarded up projects? That's because you had no idea that "worst hood" graffitti was there, that's why. Most of the folks that lived in those boarded up project have been relocated to brand new projects close to the El Paso Zoo. Why didn't you drive thru' those hoods? And then you drive thru' random back-alley's as if that was showing something bad. It's an alley just like any other in the southeast USA, jeez'. This entire video is just "fluff" for all of you who aren't familiar with El Paso, TX trust me. You completely glossed over all the real locations which till' this day have actual real people living in them, smh' . . . AND I DARE YOU TO CHALLENGE ME ON THIS!!!!!!

@@Ulises1717 thanks mate 👍
The reason why the palm trees are dead looking is because over Valentine’s Day weekend we had arctic outbreak over here along with the rest of Texas. The city was below freezing for about three days straight and the nights dipped down to around 15 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 10 degrees Celsius) Not to worry though, they are starting to regrow their new leaves and should be green again by summer.
@@edwardsanchez9992 cheers mate. 👍
it's a laid back city overall. not much crime here for a city this size. it's a good culture
El Paso gives me that Mexico vibe 🇲🇽 . I love it
That ain't the hood 🙄
This is a good neighborhood just some abandoned homes it looks nicer than my neighborhood
Bro now you gotta go to San Antonio since you went to El Paso you been to every big city in Texas except San Antonio and Austin.
San Antonio has some hoods.
@@theboldandthebeautiful3729 yes sir Westside Southside Eastside I hope he go check out those areas.
Austin don’t got no hoods nobody cares about that city anyways
Wow I never thought my city would pop up on here. You gotta do the devils triangle in the northeast. That area used to/still kinda is one of the worst spots in town. By Dyer and Highway 54.
And hit up the Clock diner while you're there XD
Thats what I think devils triangle. I used to live there in the late 80s. My sister went rainwright
He was in the Devil’s Triangle
Heck yea. The NE is the worst out of EP.
He has to hit the lower valley too
You should go to some of the border hoods someday like Juarez, Matamoros, Laredo or Mexicali or Nogales
You want him to die? Thats more dangerous than going down any Detroit street lol
Lol I wouldn’t suggest that
si chico chico caxa popi
Detroit is like Beverly Hills compared to Juarez.
@@caseym8179 big facts lol
I just visited El Paso & I really like it there!
I feel close to my culture there.
In Iowa I feel isolated from it.
I didn’t want to leave.
the first 2 minutes; why it's empty and boarded up? these houses look rather new on Google Street view it looks people were living there just fine until recently
This place is pretty nice
ITS A GHOST TOWN
For us that are locals...te mamaste going to the abandoned salazar housing projects homie...now there is no bad neighborhoods in chuco town homie...and YOU know that...so stop selling that bruh. Gtfo with this BS.
Whole hood. Abandon
It may be dated but very safe and very nice people lived there
it looks more like " que pasó "
El paso wrong
Southwest Tip of Texas, where its 11am M.S.T. in 2 Texas Counties (Including El Paso) & 12 Noon C.S.T. in the Remaning 200+Counties.
Thats how Damn Big it is in the Lone Star State!
Creepy...
Looks very flat. Where are all the people?
Looks a lot like California down there. Looks a lot different from Htown and Dallas.
Man... theres a whole lot of nothing in there
Next stop Las Cruces?
I like Las Cruces
@@joez3706 same
Followed by Tucson then either LA, PHX or SD. I drive along IH regularly and know all those cities.
Every city has its good and bad nothing new,go across the border and really show something bad ...
Looks great! Big thumbs up to El Paso
I was stationed at Ft Bliss. I acually liked EL Paso
Across the river in Juarez, Mexico is the real hood. Too dangerous to be driving around it.
Dangerous hood? If tumbleweeds have gangs.
😆
куда подевались люди?
Daytime 32+ Celsius. People come out in the morning and evening.

Wtf dont get it twisted my nigga I live here and aint ghetto at all
El Paso looks nice.
Sad to see all the Palm 🌴 trees dead from the record Cold 🥶 temp's this winter.
Chuco town!
What's Chuco?
@@tomf4547 El Chuco. El Paso's nickname. Look up pachuco.
That Desert sky is a different shade of blue man! Wow
so beautiful
El Paso is the dustiest town I've visited. That, and Bismarck, North Dakota. But this town looks like it's mostly abandoned.....
That place is low key haunted.
THERE ARE NO HOODS IN EL PASO ..CHANGE THIS TITLE. IT IS VERY SAFE OUT HERE
🤔🤔🤔🤔....
😂😂😅😅
What do you expect Hollywood!, this is our old school home town ,Don't knock it!
Excellent video
My pops just moved there. He loves it. But then again, he's not in the hood...
El Paso is super safe. Not a lot of violent crime
@@zaner_barky Everywhere has a lot of violent crime. Just depends on where you go.
Damn I might be next. El Paso looks chill.
