Furikake
Croquette:
1 Potato (peeled & boiled)
2 tbsp Salmon flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Chives
Salt & pepper
1 Egg
Panko bread crumbs
Flour
Oil for frying
Egg Mayo:
Egg (hard boiled)
Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper (optional)
Octopus Sausages:
Sausage
1 tbsp oil
Black sesame seeds
Seasoned Spinach:
Spinach (boiled)
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
Pinch of Salt
Spaghetti Napoleon:
Spaghetti pasta (cooked)
1 small green bell pepper (diced)
1 slice ham (sliced)
1/4 onion (sliced)
1 tsp tomato ketchup
Salt & black pepper
Tamago:
3 eggs
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp Chicken powder
Oil
Others:

You can find small sausages at most grocery stores in the hot dog sections. They're called 'Little Smokies'. I use them for my bentos but I prefer to steam them to make them curl up like tentacles.

From what I know, Furikake contains toasted seaweed flake, sesame seeds along with many other condiments. Pretty sure there might be recipes for it on RUclips. Hope that helps. 💟
