Md-ptv, its a channel about fnaf VHS but another level with scp type mixed and baked into it You can feel the quality of it (he/she hasnt been active for 6 months but the videos are scary sometimes)
I personally like Squimpus’ tapes better, the story is gripping, the scares are VERY scary, and he’s the dude that PIONEERED the FNaF vhs trend. Dude’s a LEGEND!
I really do like this series. It portrays what a lot of us think when we play FNaF, that being "Why didn't the Government get involved in this?". It works incredibly well, with all the animatronics feeling like genuine threats, and them escaping into the woods feeling like a proper cause for alarm. Ennard is an amazing antagonist, being this silent, cold, calculated yet insane killing machine, picking off entire SWAT teams with ease, and the ending wraps things up in an amazing way.
They had guns how did they die? They should have sent in more people. Id say 120 then they could light him up more. if the mission was unsuccessful they should have sent the army. Who does he think he is Batman?
@@MidTierMenace777 if they don’t know what the threat is, it’s hard to send in the right people and amount. Going in guns ablaze wouldn’t help, and might just anger ennard.
Well yeah it's called exposed therapy, it's actually used to treat severe phobias. The more you're exposed to what you fear the more it becomes normal.
A massive element of almost all horror is the unknown, which isn't a factor when you are authoring the horror, you deliberately place every piece of the unknown and are aware of what if anything it is hiding, I recommend writing a scary story some time or just making horror art
I never thought I could be so entertained watching a showdown between some Fnaf animatronics and a literal SWAT team, especially in the analogue horror genre
3:19 this is genuinely the most horrifying moment of any fnaf media to me. The music, the animatronics and distorted audio just leave so much up to imagination.
HOO BOY, does it add another layer when you know what the music is. That is a very distorted version of Alessandro Moreschi’s Ave Maria recording. Moreschi is well known for being “The Last Castrato” and was the last member of the four century old Catholic tradition of castrating young boys before puberty so as to preserve their high voices, because women weren’t allowed to sing in churches at the time and directors wanted permanent members for their higher voice sections. He is the only castrato that exists on record, because he outlived all the rest and was able to make it to the era of phonograph recordings. What you are listening to is the only testament to the mutilation of around a hundred thousand young boys over the years, done for no other reason than that the church was misogynistic.
@@whoneedsaname I mean, as theft said, the guy had a grenade. He locked Ennard in the room with himself with the intent of blowing both of them up. Not really much point for William to break in, unless he's looking for twisted, heavily damaged pieces of scrap.
@Keegan Plays I see what you mean, but we don't know if that grenade went off or if Ennard killed him before he could pull the pin Also there's a slim possibility that Ennard may have survived the grenade
Wow. Since this series was brought to life almost 2 years ago, I've never seen anyone really explore my story in depth and actually try to understand the meaning behind these tapes. First of all, thank you. This genuinely does mean a lot to me, countless weeks of effort were put into this series and its creation, so seeing something like this really warms my heart. Secondly, First Shift is about 6 months after Perspective, so this series is going to make a very dramatic turn once the second episode releases. Stay tuned. And thank you once again.
Hey! Thanks for making the series; I'm thrilled you enjoyed my little synopsis! It's cool to watch your channel because it's so easy to see how you've gotten more comfortable making this stuff and doing more ambitious things. The latest video _First Shift_ is really excellent, and seeing it inspired me to go back and finally make a proper video on _The Incident Logs._ Glad to know that it's a continuation (though it'd be fine as a one-off too!).
i saw these a bit ago and i am so happy you made a video on them, they terrified me. it was just so much more unsettling then battington and squimpus for me.
_Harmony and Horror_ has finally found it's footing and is getting really good; I'm sure it'll blow up soon. It's no secret that im a huge fan of Battington's and have been since before I made videos myself, but even I admit that the early HnH videos were very experimental and scattered; they're a bit difficult to follow. Season 2 is almost like the _true_ start of the series, and I absolutely intend to do a synopsis video like this once there's a little bit more of a coherent story to tell.
I think the implication was that he detonated the grenade he had on him, sacrificing his life in an attempt to keep Ennard trapped. Even then, Adrian seems to have known that a grenade likely wouldn't take out the animatronic and thus _also_ sealed themselves in the office beforehand. This way, in the very-likely event that the grenade failed to destroy Ennard, he'd at least be trapped. Regardless, it was super badass yeah.
@@theftking i think ennard realized that Adrian had a grenade and was probably like oh shit, also i like how ennards head moves to the side while hes talking, makes me think that ennard is like a animal cause the only animals that do that is dogs or cats when the try to sense danger, so ennard was questioning if he was dangerous or not
That Bonnie on the stage one genuinely got me, it's like a bomb under the table scenario, the camera can see bonnie moving but the guard is so pre-occupied he doesn't see it, you just wanna reach through the screen and shout GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE DUDE
DANG!! That was the most insane ending to the most insane story! I never heard of this series and I’m glad you were able to show it to me so I could so how great is!! This is honestly my favorite interpretation of the fnaf story so far!!!
Man I love these fanmade fnaf content, they do exactly what fnaf is, the horror of the supernatural, it brings back what makes ghosts scary, which is a creature that has been getting less and less scary with time
I like how this series has its own story going in its own direction rather than being a sort of adaptation of FNAF itself. This version of ennard is freaky as hell but also damn cool. I like how it's ultimately the only hostile animatronic too.
I'm sorry, unpopular? Five nights at Freddy's is a staple of the indie horror genre, if I'm so bold as to even say the gaming/indie game genre as a whole. There's a lot of words I could use to describe FNAF, but unpopular is not one of them
As someone who swings by your channel casually, I just wanted to say that I went into this video not knowing what to expect and ended up really enjoying your commentary and analysis. You've improved a lot in the last year and it definitely shows. Best of luck in the future
I love how they really used Ennard to it's full potential not just some skin-stealer, but an actual robotic monstrosity, able to take down an entire swat team and have fun while doing so
An actual robot no matter the material wouldn’t have a body after after getting shot by bullets larger than 9mm. No better considering Ennard is literally just wires.
I am so surprised I have never heard of this series before. From the clips shown here, I definitely want to watch it for myself now. I wish people like this got more attention, especially when it literally shows the action when most others just shows their action scenes off screen.
One idea I've always had involving FNAF is a sort of wave defense where a military base is under attack by animatronics and you need to hold out as long as possible and that SWAT team footage is about how I wanted something like that potrayed.
Ennard would be your ace in the hole since he can climb on wall to set traps. Realistically every bullet above 9mm would put a hole in the animatronic.
I saw a question on how can horror creators create these without getting scared. one thing about horror is that it's unexpected it doesn't really work if you're the one making the story because you already know it's ending, and plot. i've tried it once and it turns out i seem to enjoy making scary videos rather than watching it.
Funny you mention that. The current developer of JR's (Throwaway_Account) is _quite_ susceptible to horror games. They claim they couldn't get through the tutorial of _Project Playtime_ because it was too scary for them. Being impacted by horror makes you better at making it. If you're not afraid of anything, how can you expect to understand what makes others afraid?
This was the best stand off in a fnaf vhs tape in my opinion. The man acted heroic with a smart plan in such a little time while a killer robot is on his way
You could got me, but I already seen it lol. Btw I love those half-baked semi-clickbate videos that you and other creators make. They are good, and the titles definitely make your video stand out and gain attention. Love it.
What does it, I think, is the fact that he moves with such strain at first, turning quite slowly. Then the camera is moved away for just a moment, and without any real change in sound, Bonnie is suddenly _much_ further along, and he's not just looking at the camera but outright leering at it, already withdrawing. It's unnatural and inexplicable - the original ideas that made the franchise what it is today.
@@ultmateragnarok8376 yes, I agree. I hope we get this kind of horror and scare factor in the fnaf movie instead of cheap tropes that modern horror movies all use today.
GOD I love this shows you that at the end of the day, the animatronics are just robots. Killing machines, but still robots. They can be killed, outsmarted, and dealt with.
Shows how ennard is just naturally a terrifying killing *machine.* not to mention his feral personality is absolute nightmare fuel. I mean getting eaten alive and getting mangled is just a horrible way to go out.
I'll just repeat what i said on one of reaches videos. The reason enard is horrific in that series is because it talks like it *needs* to kill. Not that it wants to, but that it is it's purpose. What is was made for, made from. It embodies the horror and death and violence of the victims that compose it.
I feel like out of all the forms the Funtime gang takes, Ennard is the best. Molten Freddy has that murderous instinct, but none of the calm, cool persuasiveness Circus Baby brought to the table. The Blob... I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, the Blob sucks. Ennard feels desperate to kill you and escape, but Circus Baby is holding it together just to make it to you. It even goes as far as to mimic the voice of the protagonist's dead sister just to convince him to let Ennard in. I basically just copied everything good about Ennard from that one Pastra video about Sister Location's fifth night, but it's true.
freddy’s voice is exactly what i wanted, all the other voices i’ve heard for freddy in these analog fnaf videos sound too goofy for the character, i feel like the low and not as goofy voice makes it more menacing
I'm all for fnaf fan content being actually scary, but I think earraping the viewers shouldn't be considered horror. More or less it's the creator saying "hey hey, you jumped, you're scared hehehe" 3:20 proves my point its annoyingly loud in an attempt to be scary
I like how he made Circus Baby give them information on William, It’s a nice alternate story on Elizabeth actually trying to take down her father and not helping him. I’m kinda confused though of why he didn’t add Ballora, the biddy babs, or the mini renas . I think they would’ve been a nice touch to the story, like the biddy babs helping Ennard like the do Circus Baby. Or Ballora creepily singing while some workers are there and possibly killing them, Or something ya do with Mrs.Afton like her warning them like baby did. All in all though, it’s a great fan story!
12:50 Love how the flashing light bleeds through the walls haha! It's interesting to find mishaps horror creators make during the production of their videos
Fingers too. It's why I find furries creepy (not furries like people; like animals with fingers and teeth that walk on two legs like people; they creep me out).
I remember watching this series and I couldn't sleep for a month. No video made me feel any more pure fear than that. (and I'm still scared of that ennard even now)
We know that they're undead but the bodies that they possess are still made of nuts and bolts. William really outdid himself building the robots because the amount of structural integrity the animatronic has to have to handle so many rounds of rifle bullets and a flash, let alone a grenade, is insane.
No matter the structural integrity bullets would shred through Ennard or any other animatronic besides the recent ones. The only bullets they would stop is 9mm’s💀

But this begs another question... why didnt they just use EMPS to temporarily de mobalize him
They had guns how did they die? They should have sent in more people. Id say 120 then they could light him up more. if the mission was unsuccessful they should have sent the army. Who does he think he is Batman?
@@MidTierMenace777 if they don’t know what the threat is, it’s hard to send in the right people and amount. Going in guns ablaze wouldn’t help, and might just anger ennard.

Hours of editing does that to you
Probably cuz they know it literally piece by piece and can tear it apart by edits
i mea, i think its well known that scott had nightmares about bonnie iirc during fnaf 1 or 2's development
That enforcer's death is heroic, he's saying like "I don't have to win, we both just have to lose"
That's true, but I feel he died in vain.
What's stopping Afton from just breaking Ennard out? Or Ennard breaking themselves out?
@@whoneedsaname I mean, as theft said, the guy had a grenade. He locked Ennard in the room with himself with the intent of blowing both of them up. Not really much point for William to break in, unless he's looking for twisted, heavily damaged pieces of scrap.

Not an avid watcher of this channel, but it's pretty cool to see someone cover the anomaly report tapes.
I saw a question on how can horror creators create these without getting scared.
one thing about horror is that it's unexpected
it doesn't really work if you're the one making the story because you already know it's ending, and plot.
i've tried it once and it turns out i seem to enjoy making scary videos rather than watching it.

Yup. I saw this video. Seeing Bonnie with his....face looking at the camera made my soul leave my body.
This is probably the only ''good ending'' to an analog horror series
I'll just repeat what i said on one of reaches videos. The reason enard is horrific in that series is because it talks like it *needs* to kill. Not that it wants to, but that it is it's purpose. What is was made for, made from. It embodies the horror and death and violence of the victims that compose it.
(Something that molten Freddy and the blob failed to do effectively.)
Ennard: takes down a swat team
Some dude: has a grenade and door
Ennard: shaking in his fazbear branded boots
The way ennard is animated and how the creator slightly changed the face shape to look more human and less round is really cool.
i cannot watch this video in full screen.
that is called being truly scared

I think they would’ve been a nice touch to the story, like the biddy babs helping Ennard like the do Circus Baby.
