About a level teaspoon of sweetener and probably just under a tablespoon of soy sauce. You can always adjust it to your taste 😊

Meals look nice. That steak ragu looks so tasty , as do the chicken burgers on the nann bread thins. Dont try & open things with your teeth!!, I worked In the dental field for years 1st as a dental nurse then head receptionist and we git lots of patients who'd had accidents opening things with their teeth 🦷🦷 !!
