My wife and I just put one together and everything looks good, but it definitely doesn't spin as well as others I've watched. Something must be slightly off in the assembly. I mean it works well, but it's sort of loud at times. Hmm wish I could figure out the problem because I'd hate to tear it apart and reassemble it.
The one I got (and am putting together as I watch this) had the orange things preinstalled!
So mine does not spin. It gets caught on the wood brackets that secure the hemispheres together.😭😿
