Because Billy Wagner was more dominant than Franco. Franco didn't know when to quit and hurt his overall numbers.

BILLY WAGNER was one of the main reasons why the METS didn't get to the WORLD SERIES. HIS PERFORMANCE WAS VERY POOR.
