you’ve convinced me, found one new in the box + opti-lite. wanted the Canon auto boy 2 to be my first film camera but I knew if I left it for later and came back, there would be no “later” so here we are lol.
So I was on the fence at one point before the Nimslo with the Nashica. I knew about the reto product, but I knew I wanted four lenses. Obviously bc the 4th really gives it the depth that you want to make that pivoting image. I say that to say this, I’m glad I got the Nimslo, it’s easy, it’s fun, and it gives a great image. I think you’ll love it
@@patcormick thankyou, I’m excited, can’t wait to try it out! Also, do you have any advice, when it comes to equipment, as well as tips, tricks/things newbies should look out for when it comes to home developing?
@@orikiminiaduke tons! Check out some videos back on the channel, see whatcha see and put more comments, I’ll try check back later. You can always @ me on Twitter as well for short simple responses for questions as well
I have had this camera for a loooooog time. My darkroom is/was only b&w and I'm not going to develop these myself anyway so who does the processing for this now?
Tell me more about the issue? Are we talking about who can do the development? If so any lab would be able to, it’s just a usual C41 processes for color film…. Or you could always try home development 👍🏼
@@AP51Driver ahh.. now that I don’t know if a lab will do.. but… once you get your negatives back you can layer them in photoshop and then you export them in a specific way that makes it like a gif, which will create the moving effect.
I think for the camera its a sr43w? thats what it says on the bottom of the battery - I know I got these from batteries plus - if you need me to confirm I can definitely check - but that's what the battery says on it
1. Do you still have this camera 2. Do you still WANT this camera 3. If the second question’s answer is no - Do you want to sell or trade for this camera Lol
@@garrettbellphoto I did. I’ve had it a at least a year or two.. I don’t remember what I paid for it, but I was more excited of the condition.. like the leather was perfect not scratched or worn, it was brand new on the inside… I mean it was a great find
@@patcormick yeah, I believe it! I was looking at the Nishika but this looks way cooler to me. I’ve been looking them up and I stumbled across your video. Keep up the great work man. ✊🏾
The part about this being a point and shoot and its exposure is just some gibberish. Like, what are you even trying to say? What’s so special about a point and shoot having a battery?
This one is a bit older.. so I’d have to go back and look.. but typically I use a lot of talking head for the A roll in most videos… the b roll is meant to break that apart a bit, but I do tend to use a lot of talking head 🤷♂️
Came for the camera stayed for the pink ranger. Another great video! ❤
Go Go power rangers!

@@patcormick I understand the film processing is the same. Who can make the prints, or give you a "printable 3D file"?

What type of batteries are you using? LR43?

There is one for sale in Hungary, if you are interested let me know.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen this one… you gotta give me more context lol
Way too much of the shot of your face vs something interesting. If all it is you talking then maybe a podcast is a better idea?
